DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE FRAUDULENT & UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!!!!! I contacted Lords detailing a week prior for a detailing service on my sedan for $220. It was my first time dealing with said company. I dropped off my car after work & left my keys before they opened around 8am. (We spoke prior about this & he agreed since I work night shift). I picked up my car around 4:30pm later that day. Upon entering my car, I was shocked to see my car still dirty!!! The picture you see here is literally right after I got the car & that wasn't even all that was left dirty!!! After speaking to family & friends about what to do, I called and spoke to Marcus. I told him I was unhappy with the detail & what suggestions he had. He proceed to tell me that he will give me a 50% refund and that I can come to pick up the check. I told him I would be able to tomorrow. The next day arrived & I let Marcus know I'm on my way. Once I arrived, he asked to look at the car then said he would not honor the 50% off since it's too much & will only honor a 20% refund or if I can let them clean the remainder of my car in the next 20mins. I told him absolutely not!!!! You had my car for over 8 hours and I got it back dirty. I went out of my way to drive there on my day off when I don't even live in Everett just for him to give me another story when I arrived. I told him after not wanting to go back n forth that I will just dispute the 50% charge with my bank. I'm telling you right now, this company took advantage of a woman of color! Do not do dealings with this company. You have been warned!!!!!! He may not have wrote me the check but I hope this turns away at least 1 customer as a loss of business for being unprofessional & not keeping your word!!!! read more

Guys, please learn from my lessons, RUN FAR AWAY from here for any PPF wrap services. They didn't even have the necessary PPF supplies for the job - had to buy 2 times, which should have been a major red flag. The work done on my brand-new Mercedes was terrible, with numerous imperfections, peelings, missing films. Despite their attempts to retry installing PPF two times, the results remained terrible. They proposed a third attempt after removing PPF wrap from car roof, but I had enough and need to get the car away from them. Lord Detailing left fine scratches all over the hood due to their unprofessional job. I took my Mercedes GLE350 to Q Car Care (please use Q Car Care, they are really good!) in Burlington today to redo the roof PPF, and they informed me that the PPF on the bumper and fender from Lord Detailing was among the worst they'd ever seen. I am now pursuing legal action against Everett Lord Detailing since they refuse to refund my money and have failed to complete the job correctly. Very unprofessional guys with minimum experience working PPF wrap on cars. read more

$238 get you attitude and a broken rear view mirror from this place. Both men seem like the type to deny and say it didn't happen at their shop. They could have at least had the audacity to let us know it happened and to be careful with the super glue they used to try and secure it back into place, you can clearly see it is completely broken from the glass. The guy at the front desk didn't have any problem complaining about the glue they needed to take off the windows first that was left from pervious owner of the vehicle, but couldn't be honest about the mirror. read more

I really don't have complaints about the work they did aside from the pricing. I called and explained I was a first time customer back in June, and wanted to know how much it would cost. They told me for a full outside and full interior detail would be $220 (their website says the same) but they would give me a discount for my first time experience at $180. I showed up and they charged me $280 and were firm about the pricing, saying they would not honor what had been said on the phone to me and that "I must've misheard them". They did a great job, but it was certainly not worth a nearly $300 especially since the pollen already gotten all over the exterior before I had even arrived to see the results which wasn't necessarily their fault. read more

I reached out for my quote to get my car roof Vinyl wrapped glossy black, and received a response in less then 48 hours. From there they asked me if i wanted to set up an appointment. I set my appointment up for the next day( Saturday). i called back later because it would be easier for me to drop my car off the same day instead. they accommodated for me. :) I dropped my car off Friday and was given a 12PM pick up time frame for Saturday. Fernando and Lords detailing did a fantastic job bringing our 2004 Toyota Highlander back to life. All the stains accumulated over 10+ years of use were entirely removed from the cloth seats. Now, it legitimately looks like a different car. We also had another SUV detailed that had quite a bit of smoke damage from the previous owner. There is still a smoke aroma, but I'm not sure it's even possible to get rid of the smell entirely. I would encourage you to make an appointment with them when you call so you know exactly when to drop off the vehicles. We were very impressed with the quality, customer service and that they were able to do both cars on the same day. Will absolutely recommend and use again! read more

This is not a place for high-strung car owners. The appointments are not firm, they take their time with the detailing, they don't take credit, they don't have change for your cash...but they do a bang-up job, especially for a two man operation. So if you're looking for a great detailing, make an "appointment," drop your car off, relax, get a bite to eat, go for a walk, read a book, see a movie, take a nap...eventually your car will look like new. And bring exact change to pay. For my particulars - I too had the $45 mini-detail Living Social voucher. I booked an appointment for 8AM on Wednesday. No one showed at the shop til 8:30. I have a crossover SUV - a Nissan Rogue - so there was a $10 upcharge since the voucher was for a car, and since there was a lot of dog fur, I had another $30 upcharge. I waited in the tiny, cold waiting area with a single chair and a stool. They did have free wifi, so I was able to get some work done on my laptop. A little over 2 hours later, my car looked brand new. I go to pay the upcharge and they then tell me they don't take credit. I only had 3 $20 bills on me, and they only had a $10 bill change, so I wound up paying $50 instead of $45. Whatever. read more

The guys here are super nice! I brought my cat in after my cat peed on the passenger seat. With the near 100 degree weather, I needed to find someone who could take care of the car today! Fernando and his crew were open to the challenge, not only did they tell me to bring the car down as soon as I could, but promised it would be done before the end of the day. My car looks and smells fantastic! No hint if the cat pee. Everything spotless and shiny, I had both the interior and exterior cleaned. It also cost me less than it would have for less then I would have almost anywhere else for just the interior. The only hiccup here is that no one called to let me know it was finished, hence the 4 stars. But when I arrived, the guys apologized for the lack of communication and had waited for me to show up before closing for the night, past their normal closing time! So, I too was weary of trying out Lord's Detailing given the negative reviews. However, I had a Groupon deal for $45 for a mini-detail. So I thought, what the heck, what do I have to lose. I really pamper my baby (my car) and don't like taking it to just any place. Come my appointment day, I handed the keys over to Nathan and went into their waiting room (mind it, nothing fancy, just has a couch. but theres a cafe right across the street where you can get coffee, wifi, etc.) and get some work done while they did their magic. Throughout the process, Julian (the other guy who details cars there) noticed that I had a black/white theme going on my car with the mods I had, complimented them and asked how come I hadn't got window tint yet. I told him the place I've been wanting to do it is always busy. He said, we do it in-house and can offer you a good deal on them! At first I was hesitant, because its no easy job. But after hearing that they'd do it for $160, I was in! Obviously it took longer than the 90 minute detail, but luckily I had bought some work to get done. In the end, these guys did a fantastic job with the car. The interior looked like it was brand new (leather shining, all cleaned up, smells good), however, the exterior could've been better. Overall, Nathan and Julian are great guys and it just seems that they have a negative feedback overall due to some poor reviews. And one reason they're unable to get back to customers in due time is because its a two-man show with Nathans wife responding to the voice messages when she can. Came here for a full detail buff and wax and my car has never looked better. The interior is sparkling clean and smells so fresh. I also got an awesome deal for window tint. These guys know what they're doing! I recommend them for your detailing and window tinting needs. Also they do car starters as well which I will be looking into. read more

I too used a Groupon - what a great deal! Yes it was tricky making the appointment and yes it took quite a while. I have never, ever spent even remotely so much time in a Dunkin' Donuts (but at least it was an AOK place to hang out while I waited for the car). But wow - the shards of glass that still littered the car from the break in 6 months ago were gone. And the rather large black paint smudge on the fender from the "hit and run" is gone as well (yes the dent remains, thanks A-hole). I priced out installation of a glass sensitive alarm - a pretty reasonable quote. So, I will very likely be back for that in the near future. Used the $45 Groupon, my car wasn't really dirty but I hoped to get it waxed by professional. They gave me back the car in less than an hour. They did wash my car, but I am pretty sure it is not waxed as stated in the Groupon description. My car wasn't even dried yet. How could they wax on it? This place it terrible for the following reasons. - They rarely answer phone - They don't return your call to schedule apt. - I finally got through and made an appointment to have my car detailed for my Groupon. Dropped off the car and THEY DID NOT CLEAN IT!! I called to confirm it was ready....THEY DID NOT CALL ME BACK. I went to pick it up AND IT HAD NOT BEEN TOUCHED! And I had a confirmed appointment! - When I made the apt she told me the address...Turns out they are no longer there....they just moved within days of making the apt and she didn't bother to tell me where to go. STAY AWAY. First and foremost, I would give no star at all if it was possible. Natan along with his crew of help should not be in the business of tinting car windows at all. Three attempt at the rear back window and still couldn't get it. Worst tint job I have ever seen in my life from someone that is suppose to be professional. Not one single window was tinted without bubbles or some form of defect. The interior vinyl was burnt with the heat gun but Natan claim it's impossible because the tint is done on the outside. Are you serious dude?? Not to mention, scratches that comes along with their horrible job. Mind you, my car was brand new from the dealership. My 2009 Mazda6 looks like I just drove a brand new 2012 Mazda6 off the lot... It is IMMACULATE after leaving Lord's Detailing and Car Wash. My car was filthy when I brought it in... I don't think I've washed it in over 6 months, so they had their work cut out for them - they actually asked if I had kids when I first dropped it off (ha, I don't)... that's bad. Anyways, I called Lord's and it did take them a couple of days to get back to me. But, the woman who left me a message let me know that I could schedule an appointment online... PERFECT!! So I did. I had a living social for the "Count's" wash. But my car was in need of some more love than just that. So I opted for an upgrade to the full Detail (takes 3-4 hours). Honestly, I was a little worried because of the other reviews they have on here. Nathan (who I believe is the guy who runs things there), was great. He was very accomodating, made sure I was happy with the service, he did a full walk around of my car with me to show me the scratches (which actually looked really great after be buffed them - the joys of living in Southie), and showed me what some tree sap had done to my car and told me to make sure not to park under trees anymore! :) The paint on my car is beaming... it looks amazing. The inside of my car could possibly be cleaner than the day I bought it. I'm SO SO happy with this service. Definitely worth the money. p.s. As I drove away I noticed that one of the small rubber pieces from the door was missing and I mentioned this to Nathan. Him and his guys went on a hunt in the garage for it... I told them not to worry and Nathan assured me he would find it. I received a text the next day telling me that he found the piece and asking how he could get it back to me. I am often a believer in the saying that "You get what you pay for" but in my experiences at Lord's the saying does not ring true because I got SO MUCH MORE than what I paid for!!! Now having purchased the 45$ groupon for a mini detail at Lord's for a second time, it goes without saying that I was highly pleased with my first experience. My car gets FILTHY inside and out... It was so messy when I dropped it off that I was A) embarrassed of myself & B) felt guilty that I was handing them what I knew would be a very challenging task. When my car was finished (it took a couple hours but lord knows nobody could have done it in less than that!) I was SHOCKED at how they hadn't missed a single corner or crevice! It was like new, maybe even nicer than when I got my car! If you're a messy pig like me, For 45$ you absolutely will be spending your money well. read more

Yesterday I finally got in to have the detail service done. I had scheduled online. Showed up at the appointed time and was quickly greeted and told to come back in 90 min. Went and had some Mexican while waiting and when I got back the car was almost done. Overall it was about 1hr 45min. Not too far from the mark. The detail was well done. Car was clean inside and out. Overall I am happy with the detail service, they just need to work on customer service and communication a little more. read more

I took my car there for a detail and it was a horrible job. My car was still dirty and the windows were never even wiped.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO THERE!!! I called to schedule a car wash as instructed on the groupon. When I called I was told I did not need an appointment for the day I wanted (friday). They said on Fridays, if I come before noon I wouldn't need an appointment and, in fact, I was not allowed to make an appointment. I show up on Friday at 9 a.m. to have my car washed. I was asked by the first person that greeted me if I had a groupon and if I wanted to wait. He said it would be about an 1-1.5. As I'm debating, another guy comes along, who was extremely rude, if not sexist and says I can not wait. I have to have an appointment and I can make an appointment for next Friday. The two guys begin speaking in some foreign language. I explained I had called to make an appointment and was told I could just come in, and wasn't allowed to make an appointment, etc. The guy insisted I could only make an appointment for next Friday (without looking at any calendar mind you, or checking to see if another day, other than next Friday would work). He was extremely rude. I do not feel comfortable using this establishment, nor should you. read more

I took advantage of a groupon for a mini exterior/interior detail for $45, normally $125. When I called to make the appointment I had to leave a message. No callback so I called again, left another message and this time received a call back. When I spoke with the woman I asked if there was a wating room and she assured me there was. She also told me they had recently moved to 111 Chelsea St. (so the address on Yelp is now incorrect). I had an 8:30 appointment. The "waiting room" was a dirty, dusty small room with 1 uncomfortable chair. As it was already 82 degrees early in the day, the lack of air conditioning or even a fan promised a very long uncomfortable 1.5 hour wait. I walked down the street to a Dunkin Donuts and grabbed a table and breakfast. I've had my car detailed before so I had some basis for comparison. The interior was fairly well done but there were a few misses - some dust on the dashboard, no cleaning of the gear shift and the trunk wasn't vacuumed. The outside looked nice. For $45 I'm not complaining but I would have had I paid $125. Would I return? Probably not, I'll continue to look for someone else close by. read more
