They did a nice job on my brand new f150 fixed 2 small scratch like dents wth a good scratch. Can't tell it even happened

A year ago I scraped my passenger side in an alley in Chicago. I knew that Gerry would give me a proper appraisal on what my car needed at the most reasonable price! I was right. I dropped my car off on a Friday and was able to pick it up on a Tuesday. I had a whole new door, paint matched my car, and it was completely vacuumed and scrubbed clean, amazing! I will continue recommending this business and especially thank Gerry for an honest man's work with pricing and parts! read more

I rarely write reviews but this one is warranted. I found 3A on my insurance company's list of referral shops and was encouraged by the stellar reviews on here. They lived up to the hype. Quick, comprehensive service with solid communication throughout the process. The car was returned to me earlier than anticipated and in better-than-new condition - they even cleaned the interior. read more

My car was pretty bad shape when I bought it here and I had already had one shop tell me it wasn't worth repairing. The car I got back looked and ran like it was brand new. They do incredible work, and I highly recommend. read more

Great job! I come here anytime I need car repair ! They always do a nice job . They even clean inside the car , which is a nice surprise .

I drove my beautiful Honda from Palmdale, CA but unfortunately, due a mishap, I found myself in need of some body work. Being from out of state I was quite apprehensive when choosing a body shop. Then someone recommended 3A Auto Body. They restored my car and it now looks brand new. The guys at 3A Auto Body were professional and thoughtful. They inspired confidence and deservedly so. I highly recommend the 3A Auto Body group. Thank you guys for a job WELL DONE! read more

Ed and company are great people. The location is difficult to get in and out of but these guys are honest, thorough, and provide great services. Guys, they are even female friendly, not taking them to the cleaners or blowing smoke up their assess to get more money. I highly recommend these guys. read more

I did not know much about 3A Auto Body other than it was on a list provided by my insurance company. When i first stopped by he told me exactly what the process would be and he would contact my insurance company to have the check sent directly to him, which was much easier since I still had a loan on the car. He also provided me the contact information for a discounted rate to rent a car. The parts were ordered in advance in order to decrease the "down time". I dropped the car off and he called me a day later saying there were a few additional items that were needed and he had already contacted the appraiser. When I picked up my car it had been washed and cleaned in and out. It looked like it has just been delivered from the dealer! It is not often I am moved to take the time to write a review but I was very much impressed with the work and follow up. Thanks Ed! read more

Unfortunately I've had to use them more than once. Both times, they were very helpful and did the work very quickly considering the insurance company was involved. I've sent a few friends there, and they were also extremely happy with the service. Both Bill and Courtney take the time updating you on the progress. Thanks to you both! read more

Edy, owner, at 3A Autobody does a remarkable job. I've had my car at 3A Autobody 3 times and it's always been very easy to do business with them. Whether that means from the initial conversation about the process, working with the insurance company, making sure we get the solid part (if there is the need to replace a part), updates on status and timeline to the final outcome and restoration. Give them a call, they are worth it! read more

This place does outstanding work! They've taken my car a couple of times now and just this previous time they fixed my car from an accident and it looks brand new! It only took less than a week and they're super friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied and I would recommend this place to any one who needs a good auto body shop to bring their car to! Bill is a great guy. read more

I am extremely satisfied. My car was ready in a timely fashion with utmost honesty, as I was informed throughout the entire job. I highly recommend these two brothers...and you will too. Thank you, Eddy and Johnny read more

I was very impressed with Ed at 3A Auto Body. I had two claims with my insurance company and he dealt with them perfectly -- I never had to get involved at all. He took care of fixing my car and painting over half of it. It looks perfect. He told me how everything would work and didn't lowball how long it would take. He kept me posted as the work progressed so I would know how my car was coming along. It's a family company and I love having him in the community. If I ever need any more auto body work I will go back to him in an instant. I can't recommend him enough. read more

I was hit a couple of weeks ago. 3A Auto Body is approved by my insurance company to provide estimates without a separate adjuster needing to be sent out from the insurance company, which made that process extremely easy. I got my car in Thursday morning for body work, had it back by Friday afternoon and it looks amazing. Their attention to detail is astounding and they even made the interior of the car look better than when I bought it! I could not be happier with how they worked with my insurance company and the rental company, and the repairs they made. Courtney at the front desk is awesome too; a friendly face and made sure I was always in the know. They made a great experience out of something that could have been very stressful, and I would highly recommend them for anybody needing body work. read more

3A AutoBody is owned and operated by one of the most honest and down to earth persons in this world. My story: I hit a tree backing up, and put a dent in my tailgate. Vehicle is only 1 year old, I was heart broken. I brought it to 3A AutoBody ,and they did a fabulous job repairing, and painting. I highly recommend this shop for repairs on bodywork. I give them a AAA rating. The owner and staff are courteous and understanding. You don't get any better than this. Bill S. Billerica, Mass. read more

Extremely satisfied. Eddy is great. One of the nicest people you'll meet. I would get an update from him ever other day or so. Quality is great. No over-spray or orange-peel. Highly recommended. read more

My car was in a terrible accident - over $20K worth of damage overall - they coached me through the whole process, arranged for a rental, arranged for a supplement when they found and documented more damage than the original estimate, and got me my car back with all that work completed beautifully in 5 weeks. Kudos to Eddy the Business Manager and to Johnny the lead tech/owner and his staff. You guys ROCK! read more

Had some rust repair done here. $600 to fix a quarter size spot. It looked good, until less than two weeks later it started to come back. Now four months later the paint is bubbled and is completely back... worse than before. Was told that they would try to fix it again "the right way", but at an additional cost. Extremely disappointed. Wouldn't go back. read more

I approached 3A autobody based on the list in my insurance and yelp reviews. Great service and Ed also gave me suggestions on rental replacements. Ed explained me in detail as to what work needed to be done and how to coordinate. He worked with me on the timeline and updated the car rental company as and when there were extensions required. In the end he even stayed late to accommodate my schedule. Thanks a lot Ed! read more

Class Act. Full service place will even pick you up or drive you home if needed. Quality work and staff. Highly recommend!

I have to say that 3A was a very professional and did great work! My Jeep looks better than ever and the service was fantastic. I highly recommend 3A Auto Body to friends and will use them again in the future if needed. read more

Wife went there for an estimate. Was given two options for a door repair; a backyard fix for $125 or do it the "right way" for $250. Very rude towards women when questioned on how the repair would be made. Avoid this place unless want to be treated like crap and get a redneck repair. read more

This was my first encounter with Ed (and I know I run the risk of sounding sensationally biased, but this is the honest to God truth). There are truly not enough stars on this site to describe the level of service I received from Ed at 3A Auto Body. I have never met a more accommodating human being in the business world than this guy; when I called and explained my situation his first words were "I hope that you are okay. Do you need help with a rental?" My accident was the fault of the other driver, so my insurance covered a rental from the company down the street; but I got the sense that if I were having issues with my insurance, he would have gone above and beyond for me. My adjuster wanted 'repairs' made to my badly damaged door. Ed fought with my insurance company to get more $ for an actual replacement door (and won!) so my car would look brand new (without even being prompted by me to do so). He then explained that it may take until Friday or Monday to finish the repairs since they now had to order the parts after the argument with my insurance company. This was going to be an issue as I would be out of town from Thursday-Thursday; so Ed says 'let me see what we can do'. What did he do? My car was ready that Wednesday (the day before I had to leave). Thanks to Ed's understanding of my situation and constant communication (called me every single time he had an update on my car), I was able to avoid having to pay for my rental out of pocket for close to a week ($220!). The best part is that before I came to pick it up he said, "Oh, we also fixed the other 2 dents on your car {unrelated to the accident/claim being paid for}, and cleaned the inside for you." How much did he charge me for it? Nothing. My car was sparkling inside and out when I picked it up; probably twice as good as it looked before the accident. The constant communication kept me at ease, the added free services were unexpected, the genuine understanding of my situation was refreshing, and the end product was perfect. read more
