The misogyny of this company is rampant and I am mortified by how I was treated by the owner and mechanic - especially when they called my partner to have a "discussion" about the "business relationship" due to my complaint about the service done on my car. I see that other women have had similar issues with the owner and mechanic. This company is the reason why women don't trust mechanics. He assumed I wanted a service and was frustrated when I called him and questioned why he did things without me knowing. He then told me the Honda dealership would charge $300 for an oil change - this is untrue as I called the dealership and they charge about $85 or so. Go find another mechanic!

To start the communication cannot be any worse. My car was held hostage for over two weeks so I had to use my motorcycle for transportation on cold mornings. When I went to pick up my car, I pulled in and could see the bad paint job. All I got was an argumentative owner another office staff that cannot communicate. My covered most of this and I paid cash for some extra work. After seeing the terrible outcome, there was no way I was going to let them touch that car anymore. Two days later, the clearcoat started coming off the doors and the other section they painted. At some point, they tried to remove the backseat and breaking it and didn't notice for days. now the car is at another body shop that is reputable and they're struggling to fix it. Acton body shop is not going to be much longer as a safety insurance list of providers. I'm making sure the safety is going to drop them permanently. Acton auto body you ruined my car and I'm going to make sure that you do not ruin anyone Else's car. The facility was clean and well-organized, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The inspection process was quick. There was no wait when I arrived and so I was in & out within 20mins. The inspector explained the findings clearly and I appreciated their advise in advance to point out an issue with my windshield which would potentially fail the test and offer me options on how to proceed. Will definitely recommend their State Inspection service.
