Picke this one in part for convenience and in part for past reviews. They were great!. Brought my Audi to Alpha over the summer based on the good reviews here to repair a dent after someone backed into me. Unfortunately, turned into quite the saga with Alpha. Told 3 weeks, turned out to be 6 weeks. Upon finally getting the car back noticed some sloppy overspray and a couple of other issues but didn't care. Sloppy but nothing major. Then, noticed the blind spot monitoring was not working. They said they would reach out to a dealer and call me back to get it fixed. Week goes by no call. Reminded them again and got it to a dealer. They needed to replace all sensors that were damaged during the repair, because it worked when I dropped it off. Ok, I let that go too, ultimately now after a total of 7 weeks had my car back and read that blind spot monitoring can be sensitive. However, the last straw was this week noticed the rear defroster is not working. Yep, Alpha again. Had a reputable glass company look at it and the glass was reinstalled improperly at Alpha. This also caused the AM radio to malfunction, but I never listen to AM so never noticed it. Could not bear the thought of going back to alpha ever again in my life, so paid Titan Auto Glass to fix it. Who are wonderful by the way. read more

They replaced a front panel and headlight on our late model honda crv. The original quote was for used parts to save us money. When that was delayed they ordered new parts at no extra charge to us. when I picked up the car it looked great and they also repainted the hood - not in the original quote and, again, at no extra charge. Turns out the hood had been repainted previously, had a few chips and the color didn't quite match, and they wanted it to look right. very good service! read more

This place was on my list of insurance approved places, but only had one review. It was a good review, however, I was wary. They let me come in so they could assess the damage (a tree branch fell on the hood of my new Forester during a snow and wind storm) and then I drove off while they ordered the parts and a few days later, I dropped my car off for a replacement hood. It only took 3 days! I was told 2 originally, but still... 3 days is really impressive. And the work looks good. They even washed my car for me right before I picked it up. read more

What needed to be done: Replace passenger side headlight, bracket, front bumper and all corresponding hardware. Fixed rust spot on wheel well. Fixed dent in drivers door. (hit a deer years ago in MD, moved here and failed Mass. inspection b/c headlight wasn't aligned properly which forced us to get this fixed.) Review: You don't see service centers like this everyday. I called to see if they could give me an estimate on our cracked bumper and semi-broken headlight and I was told to bring it in right then. I did and he went over it, brought up a computer program and priced everything out he'd need. He wrote down the labor costs and presented me with an estimate of $1155.57. He mentioned he would look for an aftermarket headlight b/c they are usually cheaper and I appreciated that effort. We had to wait 2 weeks to bring it in only because he was on vacation. We dropped off the Prius on a Sunday night, dropping the key in the slot. Since everything is done so low-key, he asked we just put our phone number on the seat of the car and he'd call us when it was done. On Tuesday, I called and he said it was in the shop and he'd call on Wednesday when it was done. We were out near Arlington on Wednesday around 3pm so I called and he told me it was all fixed and to pay, I'd need a check as he doesn't take credit cards. After getting a check, we drove to Alpha and the car looked brand new. Not only was the workmanship top notch, they washed the car, too. He told us that he fixed the dent in the drivers door (which was done in a parking lot at some point in the last 6 months) which we didn't even ask him to do. Going inside, he brought out paper and began listing what he did, he then asked, "How much did I quote you?" I couldn't remember the exact amount so I estimated $1100, which he said was good. He also told us he got us a Toyota headlight as it was only $5 more expensive. We had one other estimate done for the work at Auto Body Clinic in Reading. While the man there did a more thorough look-through (popping the hood), he said he'd have to repair ___ and ___--he pointed to numerous things inside the car near the bracket at the headlight. Also, he would have to replace the fender (which wasn't done at Alpha to my knowledge) and paint 3 parts (hood, bumper and fender/front quarter panel) of the car for the grey to match, which Alpha didn't do or they didn't mention it and did it anwyay. The verbal quote from Auto Body Clinic was $1800-2,200 and he wasn't sure about even that b/c he wouldn't know until he got in there. We will go back to Alpha if we ever need car work done again. read more

Very good experience -- as the parent of a teenager who no longer has car privileges after three strikes, I have had to patronize the local body shops, and I decided to branch out since the big shop elsewhere in town isn't that pleasant to deal with and is always tough to schedule. I pulled into Alpha, was warmly greeted by the owner and he said he could get our work started promptly. I decided to go for it on the strength of just two reviews here (which is why I came back to add one, they are not really on their Internet game at Alpha). Anyway -- quality work done in 5 days, they were proactive about updating me on progress. I hope to be out of the market for body work for a while (it has been an insane 4 months) but would return here. Nice people good work. read more
