fantastic shop! professional, explanation of everything without my even asking, handled insurance and rental car dealings so easily. and best of all, they worked so quickly and did such great job that my car looked better than when I first bought it! And it's true - they washed it inside and out! Five stars***** read more

One of the best service experiences I have had at any type of business. They not only took care of the car but handled everything with my insurance company and even the rental car company. I barely had to do anything. Communication while the work was going on was just right -- not too much and not too little, and always friendly. And when I got the care back, it was thoroughly cleaned inside and out -- looked way better than when I dropped it off. Very impressed! read more

Very positive experience. They do great repair work and great communication during the repair process. I would highly recommend this company. read more

I want to commend Ken and his crew at Roche Collision. They not only did a superb job on repairing my left door behind the driver that was smacked in a collision, but did it for a lot less than my other estimates! Couldn't be happier with the job they did - highly recommend! read more

I wanted Sportwing body side moldings and splash guards installed on my new CR-V, and Ken quoted reasonable prices and made it easy to get it done same day. Very happy with the service. Also appreciated that he took a look at some small scratches on the interior of one door (which sadly came with the car) and gave me all the options, including recommending that I just leave them alone, as the main thing I was worried about was rust, and he said that area was unlikely to rust. read more

Roche Collision did an amazing job repairing recent accident damage to my back bumper- so good that from the back, my 14+ year old car looks much newer. Laura and her colleagues provided great service and kept me apprised of all steps/issues related to insurance coverage etc. I'd refer anyone to them! read more

My car was rear-ended in a parking lot and the insurance agent recommended body repair. I live in the area and picked Roche Collision for geographic ease and also because they recently relocated from elsewhere in the city, and the old location had received lots of positive reviews. I came in for an initial visual inspection and parts were ordered. I then dropped it off a few weeks later, rented a car (through Enterprise which left me the rental at the Roche site), and the repair was minor so it took a few days. Great work, great service, great value! read more

I recently used Roche Collision for some body work on a 2021 Audi Q3. The quality and timeliness of the work was excellent. One of team members (Laura) did a great job of staying in touch with me and handling all of the insurance paperwork. Highly recommended! read more

I needed bodywork on my car leading up to the holidays. An unpleasant situation at an inconvenient time and my insurance company was not helping. The Roche team did a great job of not only fixing my car ( looks better than before my accident), but also juggling my expectations and working with the insurance company. They really made the experience more bearable. A really good, and pleasant team. Definitely customer focused and professional. read more

A bit of an overdue review but had such a great experience with Ken and Rob and the Roche Collision Team. Last October - I hit a deer going full speed on a highway with my 2017 Honda Civic. Me and my family thankfully were safe and unharmed from the impact but we were really concerned with the logistics on managing the repair. This was a lease and we had some additional concerns on if the vehicle was totaled and what we needed to do to get it to Honda's lease return inspection standards. As you can see from the damage, this was a huge repair job for the Roche Collision team and they did amazing work. The repair process took about 6 weeks or so and Rob and Ken were extremely communicative throughout the entire time. They took care of managing the repairs AND ensured that my insurance company (Geico) was doing their job as well - it really made my role in the process essentially worry-free. They provided quotes, paperwork and any other necessary items that I needed to ensure that my insurance claim was all in order. They were helpful in coaching me and teaching me about the repair/car insurance world and helped put my concerns at ease. In regards of the quality of their work, they went above and beyond. They ensured that my Civic met Honda's standards and they worked with their contacts at Honda Newton to ensure the vehicle met OEM standards. Fast forward to last month (July 2020), I had to go return the car as was at its lease-end. Honda did the inspection and everything was up to par! I didn't have to pay any additional fees for repairs! Thank you Ken/Rob and the Roche Team - you guys took care of me and my car! read more

Roche Collision - Before repairs with Roche Collision (deer impact on highway) - Body Shops Near Me - Newton, Massachusetts

See all

Roche Collision is a real find and Hector a gem of a service provider. My husband surveyed three companies- before settling on Roche Collision. Not only was Roche's estimate substantially less than one of the other estimates, but the final price was reduced- even further; as the company was able to use an existing part, instead of making us purchase a new one. When honesty, quality and service are in short supply (... these days), it's an unexpected and welcomed relief to find such an honorable and trustworthy company. read more

I'm very pleased with the bodywork on my car, they are very thorough and precise, in order to provide excellent quality. They facilitated my car rental and kept me informed as to when the car would be ready.. read more

I was fortunate to get the name of Roche Collision on 64 Crafts St in Newton, from my Insurance Company to get my car repaired. Once my car went into the shop, Ken the owner, was in contact with me every step of the way -providing status and answering all my questions. They not only completely repaired and painted my car, but they dealt directly with the insurance company which made for a totally hassle-free experience for me. Before I knew it my car was ready and looking brand new. A big thank you to Ken and his folks at Roche Collision for doing a professional job. I highly recommend Roche Collision in Newton! read more

Great customer service. Easy to work with, great results, and coordinated every aspect of the repair (including rental car and dealing with insurance). This was my first visit to Roche Collision and it exceeded my expectation in every way. My whole experience was efficient and painless and they will pre-order parts to make sure the turnaround time is a quick as possible. Thank you! read more

Exceeded my expectations in all respects. Quick response to all communications whether via yelp, email, text or phone. Super fair price w/no surprises. Repair was done before estimated, and quite frankly faster than I expected. Owner and staff all very friendly. Highly recommend. read more

Roche did a great job fixing front end damage on a 2010 Audi for me. The communication was good and they worked well with the adjuster and the insurance company to fix the car right. I worked with both Ken and Rob to repair the car. Would definitely use Roche again. read more

Prompt. Courteous. Communicative. Good Value. The customer service you receive from Roche will be second to none when compared to other body shops in the Newton, MA area. I had a substantial dent on one door (requiring the door panel to be replaced) and some lesser damage on the other door on the same side. Their estimate was in the middle when it came to the three I received. Not the cheapest nor the most expensive. But I felt it was the best value and the best, most thorough explanation when talking through the work that was needed. The body work was completed and the door panels look like new. There was a minor issue with one of the mirror cameras which I only realized when I parked at home. Ken and team took the car back the next business day, making sure my transportation needs were covered and that I didn't suffer further inconvenience from being without my car. Again, great customer service. I hope not to need them again, but I am sure I will because I drive a car in Massachusetts. They will be my only body repair shop I use. read more

I am so impressed by Roche Collision! This was my first vehicle that needed to be repaired after an accident (side-swipe hit and run actually) so I had a lot of questions about the whole process. Ken Girard and his associates were incredibly professional, on-time, communicative, and the body work was superb. I appreciate how they sent over an estimate the same day they looked at the car, how they communicate via text regarding the repair process, and they worked seamlessly with my insurance adjuster. My car is as good as new and they detailed it very nicely when I went to pick it up. Hopefully my car doesn't get into any trouble in the near future (knock on wood) but if it does, I'm bringing my car to Roche Collision! read more

I chose Roche Collistion based on Yelp reviews and I couldn't be happier with the work, the service and the cost. They kept me up to date on all phases of work, including my rental car coverage. They went the extra mile and I was blown away by how good the work was. I have a 2021 BMW 4 series so it was fairly new but they made the car look like I just bought it. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs body work. I can't imagine you won't feel the same as I do. read more

Over the decades, I've been a customer here so often, they should probably have a reserved parking space for me. They do meticulous work, on schedule, and at a fair price. They are also extremely trustworthy and thoughtful. I have come in a couple of times distraught over some small scratch and they just rubbed it out with a compound rather than create work for themselves. I was delighted but not the least surprised to see the 5 star reviews for Roche are unanimous. They truly deserve it. read more

our Honda Pilot had damage from a basketball pole that fell over the car. Ken took care of everything including the insurance and returning the car to our house since we were away. Car looks perfect! definitely recommend taking your care to Roche if you need some body work. read more

Worked with Roche to repair the door of my car after a collusion. It was smooth and great experience. The cost was reasonable, the service was timely. They were able to find another door that match my cars color and install it without going through a major bodywork that would be expensive. read more

This is an absolutely GREAT body shop. They got the work done really well and in record time! I brought my side-swiped car here and told them that i was going to away for a week and hoped the car will be fixed by the time I returned. Ivan kept me updated through text messages. Even though, considerable work had to be done, the car was fixed within the week (as promised) and returned to me in excellent condition. It is rare to find a body shop that is so efficient, does great work, and keeps to the promised time line. Highly recommended! read more

I hope in this review I am able to convey what a phenomenal experience I had both recently and previously with Roche Collision in Newton, MA. My car was side-swiped by a hit-and-run driver, likely a truck, severely damaging the entire left side of the car including rear quarter panel, both doors, rear-view mirror, front quarter panel, grill, headlight and front bumper, and all the associated parts below. Ken handled every element of the repair from start to finish in a manner that was professional, straightforward, honest, knowledgeable, thorough, kind and fair. Ken took care of every detail, from towing the car to his shop, informing me at every step, going out of his way to get the right parts at the most reasonable price, repairing small details unrelated to the crash at no cost to me (or my insurer) and getting the car back exactly on time with the car looking like it was professionally detailed. Along the way he managed a problem with a snow tire destroyed in the crash that was temporarily out of stock everywhere. Ken cleverly got the car to the tire store I use, had all 4 non-snow tires mounted, and got the car back to me with a credit so I can replace the snow tire when it becomes available before I need it next winter, a brilliant solution fair to everyone involved in which he did all the work and I was made whole without any effort on my part. Although I had never had auto body work of this magnitude done before, I had used Roche Collision over the years and always had a great experience. This one, though, put Ken and his crew to a phenomenal stress test, and they could not possibly have done better. I think I have the experience to make me credible, and believe if you use Roche Collision you, too, can have the kind of experience I did. If so, you, like me, who never writes reviews, might be inspired to do your best to let others know what a gem we have in Newton Center. Thank you, Ken and the others at Roche Collision. read more

I hadn't had an accident in decades and dreaded bringing my car to a body shop in the middle of winter. Ken explained everything up front, it would take awhile because they were backed up. He kept me up to date during the repair and couldn't have been more friendly and professional. Everyone I dealt with in the shop was extra friendly as well. When my car was finally done it looked better than showroom condition. I couldn't have been happier with the result. Incredibly, my wife's car got hit 2 weeks later and I brought it to Ken. He was able to work his magic on the car and in a couple of days it was as good as new. I'll never go anywhere else for body work read more

It was a pleasure to work with Roche Collision. Ken was always upfront and honest about expectations, and made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them throughout. I needed some front end work after a parking lot accident, and it was an out of pocket expense, so I was nervous about where I brought it. Very glad I went with Roche! They even tried to reuse as many salvageable parts as they could to help save me some money. Very quick turnaround, communicative throughout, and excellent body work. Car looks good as new. Thank you Ken & Roche Collision! read more

Got a quote through yelp, and Ken was super quick to return all my messages! They were able to get the part I needed within a few days and put it on my car within minutes of me getting there. Very reasonable prices too, paid exactly what they quoted me for (though all I needed was a piece that basically snapped into place so I can't speak for bigger projects). Would definitely come back! read more

Excellent service. Professional people. They treat you with respect the whole time. They stand behind their work. Ken is the ultimate people person. Could not be happier with the service here. Highly recommend Roche collision. read more

Unfortunately, I ended up in Roche after being hit by a drunk driver. It was a frustrating process but the good people at Roche had my back. They answered all my questions and were extremely accommodating. I cannot recommend them highly enough. There is a very nice lady who answers the phone and everyone is incredibly knowledgable. It's a cool part of Newton too. Overall, BEST experience I've had! read more

Responded quickly and communicated clearly. It turns out I didn't need ANY body shop after all, but got the impression he would be careful and competent if I ever needed such work done. I appreciated the time and effort he spent on emails with me. read more

excellent service, quality of work, knowledgeable, warm personnel. Highly recommend.

I scratched the side door of my brand new car earlier this month. After doing a lot of research, I felt most comfortable going to Roche Collision for a quote. Not only was the quote priced fairly, but the level of professionalism and flexibility for when they could get the work done was incredible. I dropped my car off on a Saturday and it was ready by Wednesday. Ken communicated with me about the progress of the repair all week, which was very reassuring. The most noteworthy aspect of the repair was the home delivery of my car. I was unable to find a ride during my working hours to go pick up my car, so Ken arranged for a home delivery. The car looked amazing and I now have my "go-to" auto body shop. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Roche. Approximately 2 years ago our Subaru Forester was rear-ended quite hard and had a lot of damage. Not only did they do a fine job putting it back together, they made the process of working with insurance as painless as could be. Then, just this morning I swung by because we had lost a fender clip a few months ago to see if they could take care of it. Not only did they replace it, they replaced all of them free of charge and sent me on my way. It is unparalleled customer service and integrity, a phrase I rarely use when it comes to car repairs! read more

Great customer service! My specific car situation was definitely an inconvenience, yet they were very accommodating and understanding. I highly recommend! read more

I highly recommend taking your car to Roche for any and all collision needs. My husband had a small fender bender that wasn't worth us filing an insurance claim over, so we were shopping around for the best quote to pay out of pocket. Not only did Ken email me back right away after I used Yelp's handy quote-generator, but Roche's quote was also the most competitive. Additionally, after seeing the damage in person, Ken made sure to confirm what they would be fixing, how they would fix it, and confirmed the timeline. I wish Roche could handle everything for my car. I can honestly say this is the best service I've ever received - they even sent me a thank you note! I've been telling everyone to go to Roche (hopefully none of my friends need to, but just in case!) Fantastic service, and they even washed and detailed my car to look brand-new. I am so impressed by this business! read more

We recently had my wife's car in - a neighbor had backed into the rear door and did a fair amount of damage. We got a quick estimate with a full explanation of options and issues. We dropped the car off with them, and they had it back when promised. It looks like new - it is impossible to tell where the repair starts and stops... even down to details like the pin stripe across the top of the door. This is not the first time we used them - we were just as happy with the prior job they did for us as well. read more

Working with Roche collision has been by far the best experience I have had involving my vehicle.
