Incredibly honest shop that performs great work. My wife had the mirror knocked off her car while parked and they were able to salvage the mirror body and get her a replacement connection cheaply. I had a major dent in the side of my car. Most places would have said I needed to replace the entire door. They went in there "old world" style with hammers and tapped the dents out. Wow this is the best auto shop and I'd HIGHLY recommend it to anyone! I've never dealt with an accident or insurance before so I was going in knowing nothing about the process but I'd heard horror stories of places taking forever or charging you for random things. Being a young girl with zero knowledge they easily could've either taken advantage of or been annoyed by my lack of knowledge/experience but it was the exact opposite. They explained everything really nicely and patiently, dealt with all the insurance communications so I did nothing, and literally had the repairs which the insurance estimator guy said could take weeks done OVERNIGHT! These guys are great. Replaced and painted a new rear bumper on my Lexus flawlessly and in a timely manner. I had a completely unrelated front bumper sensor issue . They asked if I could leave the car for a few hours so they could fool with it. They were able to fix it and would not accept additional $ for the repair. Took my 2011 Honda Civic here to fix some scratches and scuffs of my rear bumper. As a female asian driver, i'm probably a suspect of backing up my car into poles and accidentally putting my car in reverse instead of drive. HA. But the truth is, i was actually rear ended at a stop sigh. PAY ATTENTION TO THE ROAD GUYS! J & K quoted me at $375 and i was able to pick my car up by the afternoon with the after dropping it off earlier in the morning. There is no other place I trust more! Back in 2006 I had some major post accident repairs done here and I was most pleased with the job J&K did. This was my first major accident, I was new to Boston and I was very overwhelmed with the whole process of working with the insurance company to ensure all of the repairs needed were covered and performed. The staff at J&K were very patient, kind, and most importantly thorough. Now 5+ years later I again find myself at their shop in need of major repairs (my car was severely damaged while parked near my home, Happy New Years to me!). J&K took my car upon arrival, discussed the damage they could see with me thus far, and prompted me to inform them of details I may have forgotten about the condition of the car when I found it, as well as information contained within Police Report. Their customer service is top notch! There are few places I have been where I have honestly felt that the business/vendor sincerely cared about me and the concerns. I needed my front bumper cover repaired on my Camaro Z28. (Foolish me thought I had parked it in gear. Instead it rolled which caused some frontal damage). It is an older car in excellent condition -- my "baby" -- so I had to get it fixed right. I have had some bad experiences with a previous body shop so some friends recommended I check out J & K. I stopped by. John looked it over and determined that the damage was limited to the bumper cover, marker lenses, and maybe headlight mounts. If they could simply bend the mounts, they could save the new headlights I had just replaced. The quote was very honest & reasonable. After 2 days as promised, I came back to pick up the car. I swear that they had treated it like it was brand new, just off the lot. They had gone above and beyond what they had said. All lights were perfectly set and panel alignments were right on. It has now been more than 3 months since my repair and it still looks like new. No shifting parts due to summer heat, no chipping...no peeling... I am overdue with this glowing review. The owner, John (senior), insulted me multiple times before I could even introduce myself. I'm a small business owner myself, and I would never speak to a customer like this. I drive a Mercedes CLK, that I wanted to bring in for some repainting and replace the bumper, possibly buffing if they offered it (since some AB shops do). I knew it was going to be expensive, but I am always willing to pay for quality work. Whatever it takes, I will pay it. But first, he says to me "Just by looking at you, I can tell you don't want to spend any money." How do I even respond to that? Judging customers by how they look?! I haven't said two words to him yet. He assumes, since I am a younger guy, I must not have money?! Then after some talking he insults my car "This car is old. It's not worth anything. Don't spend any money on it. I was still young when this car came out." You know it's a Mercedes, right? I love my car! Keep your unprofessional comments to yourself! At this point, I'm beating a dead horse, but I push for a quote anyway. He says "We can touch up the spots with a brush, part ways, but never call me again." Is he confusing me for somebody else? I'm being very polite with him, and he's attacking me with every breath. And can you believe, I drove 40 minutes in traffic to talk to these guys! Unbelievable! First of all, never insult a man's car. I worked very hard to afford this vehicle, and the fact the he so easily insulted me shows that he doesn't care about his customers one bit. I was willing to pay whatever he quoted, but he doesn't deserve my business. Word to the wise, if they don't respect you, what makes you think they'll respect your vehicle when you're not there? I've already found a more respectful AB shop. I will not be recommending any of my friends in the MB club go here. As a final note, John Jr. (the owner's son) was very polite over the phone, but that will never excuse his father's despicable behavior. I think it's time for Mr. Sarianides Sr to retire. I have an appraisal done by your place and was $1,350 at your location and come to find out that price was only $500.21 at a different shop. You were trying to charge me 7 hours for a paint job and 7 hours for paint "materials" I won't ever recommend your place to anyone. My advice is to be a little more honest and more Professional. I brought my 2013 Blue Subaru WRX to J&K at the recommendation of a good friend. I had deep scratches up and down my whole car because a friend cleaned snow off of the car ... with the windshield scraper(!). They basically repainted the entire car and you can hardly tell, they did a really good job. I should mention however that the job took about twice as long as they had predicted (10 days vs 18 days). Luckily I had rental car coverage on my insurance policy so this wasn't a huge deal but if I had been paying for the rental car I would not have been happy. Overall I'm very happy with their work, they matched the Subaru WRX Blue really well! read more

After I received my car I found out that his workers which are his two sons John Junior & George. Destroyed the back up since-res . Kindly the company witch they place it on my car (the company's name Krank It Up 781-393-5442 ) been obliged to change the four censers that cost $400 they just accept $200 after I explained the situation . John Sarianides was so dishonest , first to handle me the car without letting me know about what they did wrong during replacing the back bumper part , second disappointing that friend . Unfortunately, in the five years we've lived in the Boston area, we have been in five accidents, only one of which was remotely our fault (black ice). My review of Boston-area drivers will wait for another time, but for now I can honestly say that the folks at J&K are the only high points in these encounters. A friend of a friend recommended this body shop when a tree fell on what was then a three or four year old Saab 95. Prior to committing to them, they promised me how they'll get the job done on time and the car will be as good as new. They even told me that they'd take care of the bumper rashes for free. Well, it didn't happen. Throughout the process, I kept getting one excuse after another on why they were running late. They said my insurance adjuster wouldn't pay for the parts that they needed which forced them to cut corners. At one point, I saw one of their guys stuffing the headliner with newspaper (this is not a joke). And the bumper rashes that they promised would be fixed. It actually looked worse than touch up paint one could get from the dealer because they did even bother with the clear coat. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

John did it again, perfect job. Fixed major damage affecting the the corner of our Cayenne, several panels (bumper, driver front panels) had to be replaced. Matched silver paint perfectly and delivered the car a week earlier than initially quoted. I will post before and after photos when I get a chance. I was pretty upset when my wife drive her SUV into the utility pole, but thank god everyone was fine and it's just property damage; and I knew John could fix it, and he sure did. I have had two great experiences with J&K. John is prompt, polite, and straight forward with his process and pricing. Just before the holidays last December (2014) my almost brand new car was sideswiped by another vehicle. The accident totally destroyed my right side view mirror and damaged the paint and finish on the fender and front panel. The officer who responded at the scene recommended J&K based on the feedback she had heard from other police officers. John handled the details of working with the other driver for payment (who chose to pay cash for the repairs rather than going through insurance), which in itself was incredibly helpful. J&K's price quote was the best out of the three we received, the repairs took less time than estimated, and most importantly my car looked like new when I picked it up. Fast forward to yesterday when I discovered that the same side view mirror was missing its cap. Unfortunately I parked in multiple public lots during the course of the day and each time I approached from the driver's side where the passenger mirror was out of view, so I have no way of knowing where or how it happened. I took my car back in to John today and he ordered the replacement part on the spot. I am confident that I got a great price and that the work will be perfect this time as well. Since December, I have recommended J&K to several friends and neighbors who also had great experiences. I've been going to J & K for over 25 years. They fixed my cars from minor scratches and dents to major collisions. They have exceeded my expectations every single time. There was even a time where my car had a good size dent from someone backing into it. When I decided to get it fixed, I though for sure it would costs around $300 or so, knowing John would give me a fair price. But John said he could fix it no problem and come back later in the day. I dropped it off at 10:00 and by 2:00, John called me to tell me it was done. When I picked it up, the damage was gone. No trace that it had any damage! It was like CSI:Autobody, how did he do that good. But, the best part was that he didn't even charge me. Now, that kind of service comes from dealing with a business for over 25+ years. I recommend J&K without reservation. The father and son owners are nice guys and true professionals. My 10-year-old car was starting to look shabby, with a bunch of scrapes and some rust on a spot I had neglected. J&K took care of all this for me yesterday, and when I went to get my car I was so impressed. The spot where the rust had taken hold looked perfect, as if it had never been sanded and repainted let alone damaged in the first place. J&K also touched up my car in several other spots and fixed a nasty-looking interior blemish that I didn't think could be fixed without buying an expensive assembly of OEM parts (I know it sounds strange, but this damage was caused by the leakage of some kind of chemical from my rearview mirror).
