Great service, response time, and all around great work. I've been here twice (after two hit and runs on my vehicle), and each time I've been helped and very happy. They are professional and got all the exact parts I wanted, would 100% recommend read more

I brought my Prius to Rudolfo Padilla at All Around Auto Body to fix damage caused by an accident. He and his team did a superb job restoring my car to 'like new' condition. I must say...the professionalism of all his staff -including Fernando and Stacy and of course Rudolfo was the best auto repair experience I've ever had. They are prompt, committed to excellence -- and were recommended to me by my insurance company and other clients. My Prius looks like I just drove it from the showroom. Great Value. Don't hesitate. Cutting to the chase: Rodolfo & his crew at All Around Auto Body are amazing and you should definitely take your car to them. They will put their full attention and care into fixing your car without killing your bank account. --- The background: My Jeep sprung a waterleak that became a nightmare. I had no idea where the water was coming from but it was causing serious damage to the interior of my vehicle. The Jeep dealer wanted to charge me $350 just for inspecting the car and wouldn't be able to do the inspection for a few weeks. That doesn't help much when it's raining constantly. Thankfully I found All Around Auto Body. The did a fantastic job of (1) booking an appointment as soon as possible and (2) starting the inspection and repair the day I dropped off the car. Finding a water leak can be very challenging and some people are tempted to just rip the car apart from the start. Rodolfo took a methodical approach to avoid wasting time and money. He kept me updated at each stage of the process. Not only did he find and fix the leak, he was able to help dry out the seats and carpet padding that had gotten soaked by the water. I can't say enough how much I appreciate the fact that Rodolfo kept the cost of the repair low. Cars can be so expensive and it's hard to find a shop that will respect the economic challenges we all face. Biggest praise and recommendations for All Around Auto Body. read more

Outstanding work done on time & for less than the estimate. These folks are reliable, professional & and outstanding value. They repaired several bumper scrapes, repainted my hood, door chips & a damaged fender on my Mercedes AMG, for less than $3k! read more

Rudolfo was excellent in the repair of my Tesla ! They detailed and waxed my car and it looks brand new. Highly recommend this repair shop !

This is the second time I use the services of all around autobody. I definitely came back, because the services provided are excellent, Rodolfo is in charge of dealing with insurance, car rental, towing and kept me informed of all the work done on my car. But above all, excellent work and extraordinary results, I have recommended him to my friends, as if I had known him for years. read more

Requested a quote for a bumper scuff some did on my BMW. Rodolfo, the owner, responded with an estimate that was much reasonable than other places I inquired at so i drove down to really get it checked out. Once I got there, Rodolfo was very friendly and chill and upon checking out the scuff, he realized that it didn't need any worked and literally buffed it out with his hands. I offered twenty bucks because I felt stupid for not evening trying that but he declined and just asked to keep him in mind next time I needed auto body work. His integrity is much needed in this line of work where people can nickel and dime you as I've gotten estimates upwards of $600 for a no fixer. read more

I usually hate to write comments because I don't know what to say but Rodolfo's work is so amazing that I feel that I have a lot to say. 1. I was involved in at fault collision during a snow storm night and I didn't buy collision for my insurance. I thought I'm going to bankrupt but Rodolfo provided me the affordable price with all the essential parts fixed. He also helped me to get price matched with the local parts provider. He is definitely doing an awesome job. 2. Among all of the body shop I visited, Rodolfo is the one make me feel most comfortable to leave my car with him. He also offers very fair estimates compared with others. He answered my questions very patiently and explained things clearly. 3. It was COVID pandemic time, and Rodolfo was super responsive over Yelp online quote. He is also very understandable. In a word, I strongly recommend this auto body shop. read more

Great service from quote to arrival, and pickup. Rodolfo and his team finished the job within the time promised. I got the sense that they took the necessary steps to do a quality job, while still saving me money over competing shops. Other places were quoting new parts plus the paint work, and we got it done using the existing part and it looks great. Communication from this shop was far more thorough, friendly, and patient compared to other shops. They seem quite busy too with a range of cars from your standard vehicles up to Porsches and Benzos. read more

I had a slight at fault accident with front end damage to my BMW X1. In a panic that all the damaged pieces of the bumper would need full replacement I was fully expecting to spend thousands of dollars for my screw up. During the COVID-19 crisis Rodolfo was very kind and let me email pictures of the damage and gave me an estimate over the phone. When I brought the vehicle in based on his estimate- the agreed upon price was right on target with what we discussed on the phone. He walked me through everything to be repaired (no replacements like every other quote I had) and my vehicle was ready within two days. The work quality exceeded my expectations and I think the price was extremely fair. Would highly recommend these guys and use them again!! Thank you! read more

I am writing this review within approximately 24 hours of visiting this auto body shop. I failed my state inspection due to an issue with my front bumper and as I am new to living in Watertown I used Yelp so I could find somewhere close to where I live and had excellent ratings. Even though there aren't many reviews of this place I knew they worked on Mazdas (my type of car) from the pictures of repairs they have posted on their site. When I called I spoke to Rodolfo who told me to come by and he would happily check my car out. I was very happy with my experience even though I didn't have any work done. He stood in the rain with me and explained what needed to be repaired as the company who did my state inspection was vague and I didn't understand what exactly had to be done. He told me he knew some guys at a Shell Station (on Centre Street in Newton) who would take care of me. He texted the people at Shell and took pictures of my car to see if they could help. Once they got back to him he immediately reached out to me and help set up an appointment. Since Rodolfo worked out an auto body shop and was not certified to give state inspections, he felt it was in my best interest to have someone else who was certified to take a look at my car. Rodolfo could have taken my business and repaired my car but he chose to refer me to guarantee the work done would pass state inspection. Anyone who does business this genuinely deserves a Yelp! And based on my experience with who he recommended he deserves 5 stars. read more

I had such an amazing and easy and quick experience with all around auto body!! It's that season of perpetual snow and hit a snowbank in my Lexus which dislodged the driver side bumper and messed up the side molding. This was the third place I got a quote from, the most reasonable price, and the second most thorough (although it felt like the most thorough one was a little aggressive with the bumper to be so through - I'm sure they knew what they were doing). When I went in for the free quote, they even quickly zip-tied the bumper molding to where it should have attached for free, so that it wouldn't be a driving hazard hanging off the side. As soon as the parts came in, I was called to schedule an appointment which was available just a few days later. The work they did was great - the bumper looks completely back to normal - and they finished it much quicker than anticipated which I was grateful for as I decided to wait around the area to pick it up later. The service was absolutely excellent throughout the whole process, and I'll be going back here for any of my auto-body needs! read more

Had some scratches and paint scuffs on the rear quarter panel of my car so I decided to find a place that can fix it at a reasonable price. After a quick search on Yelp i found All Around Auto Body and asked them for a quote. Roldofo responded almost immediately and gave me an reasonable estimate. I scheduled to have it dropped off on a Friday morning and he had it completely finished by that same afternoon. He also had offered to give me a ride back after I dropped off my car. Roldofo did a great job and I will definitely be back if I ever need any body work done. read more

Rodolfo was super! He was able to work on our Rav 4 Toyota immediately. And it costed a fraction of what other body shops quoted. He was approachable, efficient and communicative during the whole process. Our car was hit while parked and there were a few other city-living dents that he and his crew were able to completely repair within 7 days at a reasonable price. We are a fan! Rodolfo and All Around the World body shop is stellar. If another issue should arrive we will surely head his direction. Thanks, Rodolfo! read more

I just picked up my car from Rodolfo at All Around Auto Body and man am I impressed. Not only was the final product perfect in every way, Rodolfo was kind, fast, and kept me updated at every step of the process. I found All Around Auto Body via Yelp and messaged them asking for a quote. He quoted me online after seeing some photos via Yelp's messaging function and the final total cost I paid today was exactly on point with the quote. Wondering what the cost was? Well, 3 other body shops quoted me DOUBLE what Rodolfo quoted. They wanted to replace the entire back panel of my trunk gate while Rodolfo opted for the method of repair that was the cheapest and most convenient for his customer! He worked with me on timeline as I had a pretty tight time restriction. He committed to a certain date and time by which the work would be done, and he actually finished 3 hours ahead of schedule! This shop clearly does right by their customers and if I ever need body work done in the future, I'll absolutely be back. Some context: the work I had done was fixing two dents (a medium size and a small size dent) in my trunk gate, a big scrape across my front bumper, and paint chips that went down the side of my vehicle. All came out absolutely perfect! Thank you Rodolfo! read more

Excellent service! I used one of those "Get a bunch of quotes for a job" features on Yelp, and Rodolfo was (a) one of the first to get back to me, (b) had the most detailed quote, which ended up being almost completely accurate, and (c) was about 60% of the price of the other three quotes I got. The were very responsive on all communications, and flexible with drop-off and pick-up times. Not only was the repair really good, but the car had been cleaned top to bottom. read more

First off I usually don't leave reviews but Rodolpho and his crew really did a superb job on my truck. I brought the truck in for some major rust and paint issues and I gave me my truck back like it just rolled off the showroom floor. He sent me picture updates of my truck every week ( it took a little longer than expected) but I know how much work was needed to fix my truck. I would recommend this shop for workmanship and price to everyone I know. Thanks ALL AROUND AUTOBODY!! read more

I had the front end damage to my vehicle repaired at another shop and while it was there, the driver's side mirror was damaged, but they wouldn't take responsibility for the damage. I bought a new mirror and made an appointment to have it installed while I waited. True to his word, Rodolfo had it done in less than 20 minutes! Not a big job, but every aspect, from the on-line quote to completion was handled perfectly. I hope the occasion never arises, but if it did, I wouldn't hesitate to give Rodolfo my business! read more

I am writing this on behalf of my mother, Elizabeth S who recently had her 2018 Honda CRV repaired. Rodolfo Padilla was super knowledgeable and so incredibly kind. Her car came out beautifully and the price was amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

My pride and joy auto was dented in a supermarket parking lot...two estimates from body shops were over $500 to repair. Called Rodolfo and sent pictures of damage, he responded ASAP with a very fair estimate for Paintless Dent Removal. Took the car in to him, less than an hour later he returned my auto repaired perfectly. Highly recommend this Auto Body Shop. He's very knowledgeable, explained what he would do and very fair pricing. read more

I was looking to get a paint job on my front bumper and some touch up areas on my vehicle. I stopped by the shop just to get a quote and was planning on waiting considering the economic environment. After stopping here I received great customer service, honest responses, and an amazingly fair quote on getting the work done. I decided to move forward immediately and have my car repainted which came out amazing. I would strongly recommend this autobody and certainly will be a returning customer. read more

Rodolfo Padilla is the most amazing, knowledgeable and competent auto body repair business person I have ever encountered. I was treated with the utmost respect and concern about every aspect of the process of getting my car repaired and orchestrating my car rental flawlessly. Rodolfo's work ethic, attention to detail and all encompassing knowledge of the rules of the car insurance industry and laws of the Commonwealth of MA regarding auto repairs was astounding. He made an exasperating situation worry free. In addition, my car was repaired quickly and perfectly. I cannot even tell where the damage was. Great experience with All Around Auto in Watertown. Rodolfo was super knowledgeable, helpful, and communicative throughout the process. Initial quote and lead-time were pretty much spot on - and the estimate was a solid 60% cheaper than I could find anywhere else since they were willing to repair parts instead of having to replace them. All of the body/paint work came out perfectly and my car looks brand new. Would recommend and use them again (although, hopefully I don't have to :)). read more

Had an unfortunate run in with a tree and had damage to the passenger side of my car (front bumper, mirror, rocker panel, scratches). I have never had to get anything major fixed on my car, but after a collision with a pole during COVID, I was very nervous about who to trust and where to go. I am SO relieved that I found Rodolfo. He allowed me to email him pictures of the damage and provided a very fair estimate over the phone. He confirmed the cost of the pieces he would have to order to make the repair and explained everything very clearly. For someone who knows nothing about cars, I really appreciated how thorough he was. The repair was made in the exact time he estimated. The car looks as good as new. This was such an easy experience. I highly recommend his services. Thank you very much! read more

Rodolfo responded within the hour, I sent photos, and he provided a quote. Within 2 days, the work was done and car was ready.
