Cutting to the chase: Rodolfo & his crew at All Around Auto Body are amazing and you should definitely take your car to them. They will put their full attention and care into fixing your car without killing your bank account. --- The background: My Jeep sprung a waterleak that became a nightmare. I had no idea where the water was coming from but it was causing serious damage to the interior of my vehicle. The Jeep dealer wanted to charge me $350 just for inspecting the car and wouldn't be able to do the inspection for a few weeks. That doesn't help much when it's raining constantly. Thankfully I found All Around Auto Body. The did a fantastic job of (1) booking an appointment as soon as possible and (2) starting the inspection and repair the day I dropped off the car. Finding a water leak can be very challenging and some people are tempted to just rip the car apart from the start. Rodolfo took a methodical approach to avoid wasting time and money. He kept me updated at each stage of the process. Not only did he find and fix the leak, he was able to help dry out the seats and carpet padding that had gotten soaked by the water. I can't say enough how much I appreciate the fact that Rodolfo kept the cost of the repair low. Requested a quote for a bumper scuff some did on my BMW. Rodolfo, the owner, responded with an estimate that was much reasonable than other places I inquired at so i drove down to really get it checked out. Once I got there, Rodolfo was very friendly and chill and upon checking out the scuff, he realized that it didn't need any worked and literally buffed it out with his hands. I offered twenty bucks because I felt stupid for not evening trying that but he declined and just asked to keep him in mind next time I needed auto body work. I had a slight at fault accident with front end damage to my BMW X1. In a panic that all the damaged pieces of the bumper would need full replacement I was fully expecting to spend thousands of dollars for my screw up. I am writing this review within approximately 24 hours of visiting this auto body shop. I failed my state inspection due to an issue with my front bumper and as I am new to living in Watertown I used Yelp so I could find somewhere close to where I live and had excellent ratings. Even though there aren't many reviews of this place I knew they worked on Mazdas (my type of car) from the pictures of repairs they have posted on their site. When I called I spoke to Rodolfo who told me to come by and he would happily check my car out. I was very happy with my experience even though I didn't have any work done. He stood in the rain with me and explained what needed to be repaired as the company who did my state inspection was vague and I didn't understand what exactly had to be done. He told me he knew some guys at a Shell Station (on Centre Street in Newton) who would take care of me. He texted the people at Shell and took pictures of my car to see if they could help. Once they got back to him he immediately reached out to me and help set up an appointment. Since Rodolfo worked out an auto body shop and was not certified to give state inspections, he felt it was in my best interest to have someone else who was certified to take a look at my car. Rodolfo could have taken my business and repaired my car but he chose to refer me to guarantee the work done would pass state inspection. Anyone who does business this genuinely deserves a Yelp! It's that season of perpetual snow and hit a snowbank in my Lexus which dislodged the driver side bumper and messed up the side molding. This was the third place I got a quote from, the most reasonable price, and the second most thorough (although it felt like the most thorough one was a little aggressive with the bumper to be so through - I'm sure they knew what they were doing). When I went in for the free quote, they even quickly zip-tied the bumper molding to where it should have attached for free, so that it wouldn't be a driving hazard hanging off the side. As soon as the parts came in, I was called to schedule an appointment which was available just a few days later. The work they did was great - the bumper looks completely back to normal - and they finished it much quicker than anticipated which I was grateful for as I decided to wait around the area to pick it up later. Not only was the final product perfect in every way, Rodolfo was kind, fast, and kept me updated at every step of the process. I found All Around Auto Body via Yelp and messaged them asking for a quote. He quoted me online after seeing some photos via Yelp's messaging function and the final total cost I paid today was exactly on point with the quote. Wondering what the cost was? Well, 3 other body shops quoted me DOUBLE what Rodolfo quoted. They wanted to replace the entire back panel of my trunk gate while Rodolfo opted for the method of repair that was the cheapest and most convenient for his customer! He worked with me on timeline as I had a pretty tight time restriction. He committed to a certain date and time by which the work would be done, and he actually finished 3 hours ahead of schedule!
