Bob's Collision is like the inside secret of the South Shore for body work. You have to know the "secret knock" to get into the best place. I was just in an accident where a guy changed into my lane and hit my car. My car had pretty bad…read moredamage on the front passenger's side around the tire. Even though they were very busy with work, they took the time to look at my car because I was worried about how it was sounding when I drove it, and because they thought it was a safety issue (since the tire may have been pushed in), they agreed to take my car in right away to work on it as soon as they could. Just got my car back today, and it looks AMAZING. They worked to get my insurance appraiser back out to the shop quickly when they found internal damage that hadn't been appraised the first time around. They worked well with me to help me understand the insurance process and everything I would need to know. I don't know cars that well, and I always felt like I understood what they were talking about but didn't feel they were talking down to me or anything (especially since I'm female and younger). They also gave me a quote (when I asked) to fix my brakes (since they were already in bad shape), which was a reasonable price. And they were totally okay when I decided to do the brakes on my own. They even gave me advice because one of the employees had the same car as mine! What car shop does that? Brendan went out of his way to help me with my insurance and the repairs in general. I can't recommend this place enough. I used them for my first accident as a driver on this same car about 6 or 7 years ago and I will be using them again if I need to.
