My best friend has had work - both repairs and installation of accessories - on several of his cars performed there, and the quality of the work has always been superb. The price for that was more than fair, and it looks flawless. They are friendly, responsive and a pleasure to do business with! I highly recommend them.

Recently I brought my OLD car in and the repairs were going to be 3X what the car is worth, so we decided to junk it. When I showed up to get it, they had spent some time straightening it out the best they could, and now it will pass inspection and we can use it for a bit longer. It's like that every time - they just really try to do the right thing. Highly recommend!

I had a minor fender bender which…read moreresulted in a lot more damage than was visible from the scratched bumper and slight bend in the hood. The car is back, in perfect condition, looking better than ever. More importantly, their team was amazingly professional. When I first went to drop it off for our scheduled appointment, they warned that obtaining parts would take a while, and that I was in for a long wait. Dan came out to my car, did a thorough inspection of the damage, and made a list of parts he knew were going to be needed. He then sent me away and told me to bring the car back when the parts came in. When it was finally time to have the repair done, they kept me up to date on the progress, especially about their communications with my insurance company. Because of the extent of the damage, the adjuster had to make at least two supplements to the original estimate. In the end, the car was completed, but the insurance company wouldn't pay H&V the higher labor rate associated with electric vehicles. Dan and the team went for bat for me with the insurance company (along with my repeated, un-returned calls). The insurance company wouldn't budge, so H&V put it down as "lesson learned" and didn't charge me for the additional labor. I hope I never need to use their services again, but I won't hesitate to go back if I do, and will tell anyone who asks about this. Clearly a family run business with a lot of integrity. Thank you Dan, Aimee, and the rest of the Hogan and Van team!

I actually meant to post this review some time ago, but I forgot, and a recent conversation…read morereminded me. I have to say, I was very happy with this place, particularly the service of the mechanics that work there and their willingness to help me, despite my strange requests. That's the short story. The long story is, I noticed a very unpleasant smell in my car (a few months after I spilled some bean juice in my car, and I thought I had cleaned it up). It seemed to be coming from the back seat, so I went crazy trying to mask/clean it. i used baking soda, whole bottles of Fabreeze, even bleach, still no luck. Finally, I decided I had to look underneath my seat (its a bench seat) to see if there was some kind of bean juice cesspool growing down there. Now, I have no idea how to get this seat up, so I had no choice but to swallow my embarrassment and ask help from someone that would know. I'm sure these guys thought I was crazy, but they were very nice to me all the same, and obliged my request to pull the seat up. They didn't notice it at first, but when they pulled up a cloth sound barrier, it hit them like a wall! They recommended I replace it and even called dodge to see if they had a part for me, but they couldnt find it. I endued up wiping down the underside of the seat and bleaching the sound barrier. Car has smelled fine ever since! So basically, I was just really happy that these guys were willing to help me and didnt give me as many strange looks as I probably deserved. This may have not been a typical car problem, but I could tell by how they treated me and carried themselves that they were professionals.

theCARS Company, as mentioned by other reviewers, deserves 5 star ratings across all boards…read more Service is extremely quick (usually takes a couple hours for normal maintenance; few minutes for an oil change) and fairly priced. They have appointments open constantly and 'reservations' are easy to make. In terms of quality, I have been in there twice--once because my 'check engine' light lit up and the other for the 45,000 mile routine maintenance--and the results couldn't have been better. Problems are discovered quickly and solutions are provided even faster. What sets theCARS Company apart from any other car shop I've been to is their customer care. Point in case: recommending a cheap buff-and-polish job for the many bumps and scratches on my car as opposed to an extremely expensive paint job. Need another example? They offer discounts and coupons constantly. They don't hide them from you. In fact, make sure to politely ask if they have any available and they will respond honestly. Believe me, they've got your back and they're looking to protect your wallet. They seem genuinely interested in your best interest and not on making a quick buck.
