Not only did they repair my car without flaw, they also went out of their way to educate me on what else I could get out of my insurance to improve the value of my vehicle. Ethically, of course. To top it off, the owner stayed behind 30 extra minutes as I was delayed in traffic on a Friday and then personally assisted me with my son's baby seat. He also helped me to transfer my groceries from the rental to my repaired vehicle. I was so grateful that I was happy to offer him a $40 tip which he refused. Talk about integrity.
