I showed up today, on a Monday, to ask Tom if I could make an appointment to look at my bumper which was hanging off. He said, "pull over here, let me take a look at it now." Seriously? Highly overpriced . They charged me three times what other body shops had quoted me. Had no choice but pay since they had already submitted the appraisal to my insurance company. The deductible I paid to them (they ask for it in cash) was a little under what I would have paid out of pocket to the other body shops that I had received quotes from. Keane's Auto Body is as good as it gets. The shop was clean, and so was the repair bay. That was key, as I was a professional in the field of hazardous waste management for 20+ years. As for the customer service: Outstanding. My CMAX needed a new driver's door, and Mr. Keane worked to find a used one, which was no easy task since Ford no longer makes the CMAX. Finding a used door saved me several thousand dollars. The estimate was detailed, easy to read, and had no open ended items. Mr. Keane had my car ready ahead of the date promised, and they even put back the stuff I mistakenly left in the door pocket. Top marks all around. read more

We had an awesome experience with Keane Auto Body! They give you the white glove treatment. This was my first time getting a car repaired so I was a bit confused on what to do and how to work with my insurance. Joe helped me navigate the whole situation and it was seamless. They were able to get me into a rental car within minutes of dropping my car off, all within the same day I brought it by to be looked at. They did a beautiful job on the repair, handled all the calls and paperwork with insurance, kept me well updated, and when I picked up the car, they had not only repaired the damage but cleaned my whole car too! The folks at Keane's did and awesome job on my car -- looks brand new. They were helpful, dealt directly with the insurance company, kept me informed on progress and finished the repairs in what I consider to be a short time. And when I picked up the car it was washed and even had the little paper mats in the driver floor like they use when you have your car detailed. Nice touch! Great Service! Worked with Tony good to work with. My truck's tailgate and bumper were damaged. Filed claim with insurance company and then went to Keanes as they were on my insurance companys approved list. Once, the insurance company paid the claim, they got to work! My truck was still driveable and I needed it to take care of some scheduled appointments and couldnt drop it off for a week. During the week I still had the truck, Keane's got a tailgate and bumper, painted the tailgate and got everything ready. I dropped off the truck Monday (2/29/16) around 915am and I got a call that the truck was ready at 1245 the same day!!! I was expecting to not have it for 2-3 days. And the truck looks GREAT! This will be my go to body shop from now on and will definately be recommending them to my friends! (hopefully none of us will never need to use them again LOL) read more

These guys are great! We have had 2 of our cars repaired here in the past year - significant body work - and both cars have come back looking better than new - I'm not sure how that is possible, but, there you have it! Communication is excellent, no nonsense, friendly yet efficient. We went through our insurance company for one of the repairs, and the guys at Keane's handled almost all of the back and forth with the company, including an extra assessment as no surprise, the insurance company estimated costs to be lower and the damage to be less extensive, than it actually was. Some years back, we used a different auto body shop (in Arlington), before we knew about Keane's and the experience was less than pleasant. We recommend Keane's highly, and though I hope we never have to use an auto body repair shop ever again, (wishful thinking!!) if we do, it will definitely be Keane's. read more
