Anchor did a nice job repairing my car a year ago. Today I went back with my other vehicle, whose bumper was hit by a closing garage door, with a piece of the bumper hanging down a few inches. The manager who inspected it fixed it on the spot, and charged me nothing. It turned out there was no actual damage; it just needed to be snapped back into place. I'm no expert, and would have been an easy mark for a story about hidden damage needing expensive repairs. Instead I got an act of kindness and generosity. This will definitely be my destination of choice if I ever need body work again. read more

Highly Recommend! My experience with Anchor auto body was terrific. I wish I choose them first. Unfortunately I didn't . The place I went to did such a poor paint job that my insurance company allowed me to have it redone. When I went to Anchor I felt confident from the start. I'll go two stars on these guys. The body work itself was adequate, but the finishing touches for things like adequately tightening fastners, or adjusting the hood properly were very poorly done. * Headlight beam pointed completely down * Inner door came apart due to fasteners too lose. I had to take apart myself and redo with locktight * Hood height improperly adjusted * Door handle fastener improperly adjusted and broke. Had to replace myself with unit on ebay * Quarter panel screwed in loose. Came undone The body work and paint blend I would go five stars, but the sloppiness on the things that aren't so visible gives it down to two stars. read more

This is this one of the worst auto body shops that I have ever been to! I recently got sent there by my insurance company for a simple fix on the drivers side of my car. They did a very poor job fixing my car and when I brought it back a week later and pointed out the obvious issue to the manager he claimed that it was three different things so that the work the shop did was not to blame. After I presented all of the facts showing the poor work was done not only did the man I was speaking with not want to admit the terrible work that was done at the body shop but instead he decided to call me an "asshole" and insist that the problem is with all cars of my car type. Only I never had this problem before he worked on the car in that area. He also made threatening gestures towards me because he did not like a car being brought back to him with issues because of his poor work. Do not go to these guys not only will you get bad work done on your car you will get beyond terrible customer service! In addition to all that I have already told you now 1 week later there is more to add. I am currently at a different auto body shop that my insurance sent me to in order to inspect the problems that I was having with the work supposedly done by Anchor. As it turns out they are con men and crooks at Anchor as well as being bad with customer service! They did less than half of the work that they were supposed to do and did not supply the parts that they claimed they had so they could get money from the insurance company. Because of this when I had gone to pick my car up it was freshly detailed and the wheels were sparkling so I guess that I was not supposed to notice that the work was not done! Do not trust these criminals thankfully I was able to catch them but they have stolen my time and that includes time from work where I could have been making money! read more

my experience with Anchor Auto Body was awesome. when I went into the office I was greeted with a smile and was accompanied out to my car to look at the damage. we went back into the office and with-in minutes I had an appraisal. before I left they put a piece of plastic over the window and cleaned up some of the glass inside the vehicle. a couple days later Peter was at my house picking up the vehicle. when it was done, Peter brought it back to my house. now that's service above and beyond. the job they did was un-believable. it looked like brand new. I just want to thank them for everything and would recommend them to any one that needs to have any repairs done to their vehicles. THANK YOU. read more

I love Anchor Auto Body! My insurance company initially recommended them to me as a "premier/guaranteed" body shop and I can see why. Have been here twice and the staff are incredibly nice and very helpful. I needed a rental each time and their relationships with the area agencies made it very easy for me to coordinate the rental with minimal disruption. My car always looks better both inside and out - they washed and detailed my car both times. read more
