Denny McGee and his team just completed an engine bay refresh on my vintage Mustang. They are terrific people to deal with. No drama and Denny is a great communicator with customers. The labor rates are reasonable and the work is first quality - they know what they are doing. Especially on vintage cars, they take a close look not just at issues that are a problem but also issues that are likely to become a problem. So impressed with the result, that I just brought in another project.

Needless to say, it was a stressful situation. W&W took care of everything for me. Not only did they take care of the insurance payment and such, they also provided a rental car and kept me updated on the status of my car every few days. All this with a smile. Each person I dealt with was friendly, professional and competent. All of that is great, but additionally, my car looks fantastic. The work they did was perfect and I couldn't be happier with the end result! I notice there is one negative review for W&W here on yelp and I find the claims in that review hard to believe.

I received my car back and it was incredibly dirty on the inside. It appeared as if they sanded with the door open and didn't put plastic down. My car was cleaned the day before it went in for work so it's even more frustrating. Another issue my car had an intense paint smell on the inside for about three days that was unbearable. Any professional and reputable business that received a car cleaned wouldn't send it back dirty. I called the Autobody shop to bring it to their attention and give them a chance to make things right and the girl that answered the phone couldn't care less. She put me on hold a few times and said sorry for the inconvenience. She didn't deny they sanded with my door open and didn't put plastic down and I said how could you give a car back looking like that when it wasn't sent to you that way. She didn't care and said someone would call me back. It's been 15 days no one called. I didn't think they would. Don't trust them with your car!

I have never had such an amazing experience with any car related services. The shop has such a buttoned up process for intake, arranging rentals, dealing with the insurance company, etc. It's the easiest and most comfortable experience. Everyone is kind, helpful, and easy to deal with. You get regular updates as to the status of your car throughout the entire process without having to ask. And even better is that it's women owned and run. I definitely recommend and while I hope I don't have any more need for body work, I will definitely return if I do.

I requested an estimate online, received a quote via email, and made an appointment with Peggy to repair my car. After they started working on my car, they requested a second review by my insurance company and an appraiser came to their shop. It is nice that they offer a shuttle service (thanks Don!), so I didn't need to take UBER or taxi to get back home or come back to pick up my car after the repairs were completed. All repairs were completed quickly and I only had to pay my $500 deductible. The back of my car now looks like new again.

I was scrambling to pick a place to have it repaired. I found that this shop was a preferred place of repair. Called to schedule rental coverage and to bring my car. However, the rental place that booked me the day I was supposed to drop it off said they had no rentals. Was absolutely gutted. However, Morgan from Auto Park jumped in, found me another place for a rental and saved the day. In addition, the owner of the shop was amazing and truly honest about every aspect of the repairs. Even during two Noreasters, they were able to repair it in a timely manner regardless. They are great people who care about their customers. Kudos!!!!!

A branch fell on the windshield and hood. But they listed EVERY single scratch that weren't there when car left our house, from front bumper and lights to wheel and rear bumper. I understand that glass needs to be cleaned out, but see the photos for yourself. They made up damages that couldn't possibly have happened from this branch.
