I have never had such an amazing experience with any car related services. The shop has such a buttoned up process for intake, arranging rentals, dealing with the insurance company, etc. It's the easiest and most comfortable experience. Everyone is kind, helpful, and easy to deal with. You get regular updates as to the status of your car throughout the entire process without having to ask. And even better is that it's women owned and run. I definitely recommend and while I hope I don't have any more need for body work, I will definitely return if I do.

After they started working on my car, they requested a second review by my insurance company and an appraiser came to their shop. It is nice that they offer a shuttle service (thanks Don!), so I didn't need to take UBER or taxi to get back home or come back to pick up my car after the repairs were completed. Tower/owner discriminates and tows crookedly. You can park ILLEGALLY in posted FIRE lane, ILLEGALLY park in restricted marked zones obstructing view of traffic coming through lot. Park Commercial Van's without MANDATED parking permit, Even privileges extended to making your own parking space in the middle of lots in front of Dumpsters, just as long as you are Brazilian. This guy is a SCAM artist. Doesn't even provide receipts and if so leaves out the "personal tax* amount he charges. Oh and let it be WARNED those of you visiting....VISITORS PARKING is not marked or has visual designated spaces although it is written in lease that it is the area of the outdoor recreation areas (tennis court and pool) However residents continue to use spaces because closer to unit leaving VISITORS with no available spaces.
