Crugnale was the second least expensive quote we got, but seemed to be the most professional and had the best customer service. When we first talked about the job with Crugnale they were very friendly and outlined different options. They did not push us to do something more expensive, but gave the cost of each option and a description of the pros and cons of those options. This was the key point that made us choose them: they seemed like they wanted to help us get the lawn we wanted giving us all the options instead of like they wanted to just get as much money from us as possible. They did the work very quickly. We had many questions along the way about our new grass and Mike and Chris were always very helpful and responsive. They even came by to check on how the grass looked to give us feedback on the maintenance. If I had another landscaping project, I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them for work. I'll try to upload pictures of before and after shots.

The lilac in particular needed expert pruning, it was a wonderful sight. It was full size with fantastic colors and its sweet and unique lilac scent. It was also clear its roots had become invasive. I enjoyed talking with Roberto about the things I could do to brighten my yard, he had such great ideas. I was excited and decided to go for it. We set a date and Roberto came right on time with a team of 5 wonderful employees. He had selected and bought all the plants about which we had talked. His team spent the entire day trimming my trees, removing a tree stump, and of course planting a wide assortment of plants and flowers. They even created a circle around my lilac with an assortment of colorful plants. Roberto did an amazing job in my yard; I have had many compliments. I highly recommend Roberto for his professionalism, splendid work, and honesty.

This company looks very good on paper, and if you dont have much snow you might do ok, but their…read morebusiness model seems to be to take your money for the season and pray there is no snow. They are not eqiupped to handle more than a few inches at a time in a timley or expidicous manner. They send "updates" by text, which i first found impressive, but soon realized that when they are stall tactics for when they cant follow through as promised. They dont show up and then send a text that says they are backed up, and to expect them late or on the next day. The following day they will do it again. There were multiple storms this season where the snow was not handled for my tenants at all, or they didnt show for days and we had done their work for them by then. I had several calls to the company when service failed, where I requested a discussion from management. Each time I was told they would contact me, which they never did. The workers they use work really hard and do a great job but are clearly way over extended, not properly equipped (they didnt have a plow) and it looks to me like the company is not taking care of their employees - setting them up to fail with an unreasonable workload. I am not a person who has unreasonable expectations, i just try to take care of my tenants and expect to make an agreement, pay for that agreed service, and have the servicer follow through on their word. Nothing fancy, no bells, whistles or extras - just what I paid for. If you feel similarly, I would absolutely not hire these guys. They say the right thing but dont follow through.
