We had a fantastic experience with Roberto Affordable Land & Tree Services! Roberto came by to…read morereview our lawn and provided a very reasonable quote to create a mulch bed. He promised to get the job done the same day--and he delivered exactly as promised. Roberto and his team did a great job--efficient, clean, and professional. Just as they were finishing up, we asked if they could do a bit of additional digging and expand the mulch bed. Without hesitation, Roberto agreed and completed the extra work right then and there. We really appreciated the flexibility, quality of work, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend Roberto and his team!

I found out from talking with my 3 very young grandchildren on the phone that they can't play in yard and it wasn't safe anymore. Was overwhelmed for my son to handle and he didn't want me to worry. It's now a safe place that they can even be proud to have friends come play with them.

Lorenzo and his team arrived at 8am, they got to work pronto. They were here to prune a number of…read moretrees that were 100ft high, they worked hard all day. Lorenzo has all the big equipment to do a job like this. I was impressed with his big new bucket truck and his tree grinder. They put so many branches that were like trees themselves into that thing, it was kind of amazing to watch it. They were very neat in their work, did not tear up my yard. Put down some plywood, cleaned up after themselves, and also pruned and shaped some smaller trees in my front yard. They were very careful where the branches would come to rest after they were cut and very skilled in the exact place they lowered the branches onto the ground. They used chainsaws and pruners and roped all the larger pieces so they could control exactly where any limb landed. Overall, I couldn't be happier with their job and wouldn't hesitate to use them for anything else and they do quite a few different things.

I needed a large maple tree removed from my backyard and our tight gate opening didn't allow for…read morelarger machinery. Went with Lopez Landscaping since they had the smaller equipment and manpower to get the job done. The tree was quickly removed but it was a 3 star maybe 3.5 star experience because of the additional work needed to coordinate everything. The good: - competitive quote and they were able to come by quickly to assess the work - flexible in bringing equipment that worked with tight openings - main tree removal was done in 5 hours - removed paver stones so they wouldn't be damaged by machinery - friendly and professional. They accommodated a special request to cut a section for a table The bad: - rescheduling was a huge pain. We had to go back and forth for 3 weeks and I had to proactively follow up to confirm if they were coming - unable to grind the stump as part of the initial quote so had to pay another $400 for them to come back with a different machine - never got an invoice despite asking for one multiple times To summarize, this seems to be a nice family business that has experience removing trees quickly. However, it doesn't appear there is a back office that keeps everything organized so you're going to have to do a lot of work to stay on top of things.

BEWARE: This guy, Edras, plays a lot of games. He comes and looks at the job and throws an…read moreestimate at you but refuses to put it in writing. He uses vague language as to what exactly the scope of his work will cover. I tried multiple times, but failed to get him to spell out whether his price included what I had asked him to do. He throws in a "base price" at you for "what HE wants to do" but not what YOU asked him to do; then he wants to charge you extra for this and extra for that. Don't waste your time. Tree service companies are dime a dozen and there's no need to deal with unethical people.
