I needed a large maple tree removed from my backyard and our tight gate opening didn't allow for larger machinery. Went with Lopez Landscaping since they had the smaller equipment and manpower to get the job done. The tree was quickly removed but it was a 3 star maybe 3.5 star experience because of the additional work needed to coordinate everything. The good: - competitive quote and they were able to come by quickly to assess the work - flexible in bringing equipment that worked with tight openings - main tree removal was done in 5 hours - removed paver stones so they wouldn't be damaged by machinery - friendly and professional. They accommodated a special request to cut a section for a table The bad: - rescheduling was a huge pain. We had to go back and forth for 3 weeks and I had to proactively follow up to confirm if they were coming - unable to grind the stump as part of the initial quote so had to pay another $400 for them to come back with a different machine - never got an invoice despite asking for one multiple times To summarize, this seems to be a nice family business that has experience removing trees quickly. However, it doesn't appear there is a back office that keeps everything organized so you're going to have to do a lot of work to stay on top of things. read more

These guys were great, honest and hardworking and friendly. The whole process took a week, from requesting in yelp to last tree cut. I was gonna get a quote from a few different places but their quote was very reasonable I just decided it was not necessary to contact others. They came out just three days later and completed the job in one day and cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely use them again when I need some tree work done. read more

Fabio Lopez and 2 guys did a good job on trimming two trees from both sides of my neighbors trees that grew over my fence and into my house. Earlier salesman Michael Lopez negotiated to match my competitive quotes from two other tree specialist landscapers. Each of our three houses were quoted a reasonable rate. Note that fees are best agreed before commissioning the job, as the costs for additional work may be less competitive to negotiate onsite. Overall, tree pruning was done nicely by an expert crew who used lift, ropes, climbing and all to do a quick efficient clean job on 2 trees under 3 hour. Recommend this tree specialist who knows how to get the job done well. read more

Phenomenal tree removal and pruning. When we had multiple estimates, Lopez came in significantly under the competition, and it was clear from our conversation that the competition was trying to overcharge us. We had a very large pine tree removed in addition to lots of pruning for several trees around the house. The pine was, in addition to being large, right night to a coaxial cable going to our neighbor's house. I was initially worried about damage to our yard, and also damage to the coax cable. Let me be clear- these guys are definitely the "Seal Team 6" of tree removal. They are very professional and it was abundantly clear that this wasn't their first rodeo, and they protected the coax cable and also avoided damage to our yard. They were great with communication, sending a professional invoice in advance, and there were no surprises the day of the work. They did a very thorough cleanup afterward and in fact left our yard looking better than they found it. I'll be doing business with them again, for sure. read more

They were on time, fast and efficient for the project. They came to check the site for quotes quickly and gave me comprehensive quotes with no hidden costs. The day of the work was smooth and punctual. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs to do tree removal. We removed three tall maples that were overhanging above pergola. They moved pergola and all other yard items to work, then put them all back exactly the way we had them. The whole work was from 8:30 to 6 read more

Miguel and his crew did a great job! I've had a lot of people drive large trucks into our backyard but NONE OF THEM were as careful as Lopez Landscaping because they are the only company who ever put down large plastic grass protectors to drive on. Never seen anything like it. (see photo). Without a doubt I would highly recommend - 5+ stars!!! read more

Great tree removal work at a great price. Scheduling/communication is difficult at times as they do not seem to have an office staff, but I understand that keeps the prices low, so my advice would be to be patient. They were able to get the job done much sooner than a competitor, and we would definitely hire them again. read more

I had 4 large trees removed as they were hollow inside and falling apart. Lopez Landscaping did an excellent job! They showed up on time, carefully took down the trees piece by piece, did a great job of grinding down the stumps, and thoroughly cleaned up the yard of all the branches and twigs that fell during the tree removal. I'll definitely use them again the next time I need a tree removed or landscaping done. read more

The owner was very respectful to me as the neighbor of the tree. Their work was professional and very impressive!! I would recommend them and not think twice about it! Absolutely fantastic service!! Incredibly skilled, efficient and meticulous. We had three monster, and I mean monster sized pine trees removed today. Well over 110 ft and at least 3ft in diameter. One day removal ,you wouldn't know they were even in my yard today. Not a bit of damage to the grass and even avoided damaging a very special treehouse that was basically adjacent to the trees they were taking down. Affordable , great to work with. I highly recommend this business. Thank you Mr. Lopez. read more

Looked at job yesterday and less than 18 hours later 5 large pines (10" cal); 2 large pears (8" cal) and 2 dogwoods are all gone. Very tight quarters close to several neighbors and zero complaints. Completely cleaned everything up at the end of the job. Excellent job. Highly recommended. read more

I found a flyer in my mailbox for a tree service and having had a bad experience with my previous guy I called Lopez Brothers. They called me back right away. Scheduled an estimate, came on time, good price. The next day they were here at 7am. Took down three trees in a couple of hours and left the place in perfect condition. Not even any sawdust. I'll definitely use them again. read more

Fantastic work. The tree trimming job was done with great attention to detail, from moving some of the larger patio furniture under the branches just in case, to the cleanup after. I am very grateful to Michael and the team at Lopez Landscaping. Michael came out quickly, provided a quote that was in line with others we had gotten. He took the time to walk me through the logistics of getting our two trees down and check on two other trees (fine). Michael also re-explained all of this to a neighbor who shares one of the trees (and signed off on taking it down). Michael's team arrived early on the day of the work, and quickly pulled down two 40-50 foot trees. They went beyond what I expected in taking down a stump that was in a tricky spot with a metal fence running through it and cleaned up well. A couple of branches landed harder than Michael or I had expected, but Lopez Landscaping took care of the bushes and offered to communicate with the affected neighbor. The team cleaned up the workspace well and was on their way. I definitely recommend Lopez Landscape for quick, well done tree service. Nice folks, easy to work with, responsive, and thorough. read more

Great tree service. Lopez landscaping came out to give a quote the day I called inquiring about tree removal. The following week we had scheduled a day for them to come out. One tree was especially worrisome as it was reaching into two of our neighbors properties. The guys at Lopez were professional, showed up on time, took down two trees, and cleaned up all the debris. I would definitely recommend Lopez landscaping for tree removal. read more

Fabio and his crew just left our home after taking down 4 very tall and 5 medium size trees. I was extremely impressed with all aspects of their service. I had a very tight timeline and Fabio was able to schedule our job in less than 48 hours. The entire group was friendly and courteous, and they worked extremely hard for seven straight hours. They even made me aware of a large, loose branch in another tree which was a safety issue, and climbed that tree to take it down as well. These gentlemen cleaned the street and yard afterwards, and couldn't have been more pleasant. The price was very reasonable as well, especially considering they came to my rescue at the last minute. This is a great crew; I highly recommend them for your job!! read more

I was very impressed with these guys. I had a big silver maple that had to go. It was squeezed in between several houses and could only be accessed from my neighbors driveway which is above my yard behind a retaining wall and a fence. It was a ticklish job. They had to actually pluck the main trunk up in sections and get it over a retaining wall and a fence. They got the tree down and out in three hours! They left me a level even stump as requested and did a nice clean up. The pricing was very reasonable and they were friendly, prompt, and talented. read more
