He always returned calls in a timely manner and responded quickly to any maintenance requests. It could get complicated since Dorado owned my unit but not the building; Matt was an excellent liaison and advocate for his tenants when issues arose with the building's management. Most importantly, he was able to work through, and find solutions to, almost any situation. I live in Tulsa now and really miss his approachable management style.
