They accommodated a special request to cut a section for a table The bad: - rescheduling was a huge pain. We had to go back and forth for 3 weeks and I had to proactively follow up to confirm if they were coming - unable to grind the stump as part of the initial quote so had to pay another $400 for them to come back with a different machine - never got an invoice despite asking for one multiple times To summarize, this seems to be a nice family business that has experience removing trees quickly. They were also just very friendly and kind people to work with. Communication was extremely clear and thorough. When they did run into a small snag with getting their equipment up and running, they were apologetic and let me know the options for rescheduling or showing up a bit later than planned. Their rates were considerably lower than other companies, included hauling away the branches, and they did a beautiful job. They have this really neat lift rig that is the size of a compact car, which is perfect for having tree-trimming done in the city without needing permits to block off parking spaces. I will definitely be recommending these folks to my neighbors.
