Just picked up our car from Harris! What I'll say sets this place apart from other shops is the top notch service, communication, and efficiency. Alex is there for you the whole way through. He's flexible with pick up and drop off times - which is so appreciated for having a busy schedule. Pricing is similar to another quote we received for the repair. Would drive the extra distance to come here again :) The interior/exterior detail is such a nice added touch. read more

10/10 experience from start to finish. Alex and his team went above and beyond to restore my G wagon to factory perfection. Everyone in the office is a pleasure to deal with. They are responsive, dedicated and a pleasure to work with. Thank you!!! read more

Great experience recently working with Alex and Harris Auto Body. Had a minor dent in my trunk from a parking lot fender bender. Alex took great care of me and got the dent fixed in a timely manner. He clearly communicated with me throughout the process and was available to answer any of my questions. A true professional. I would highly recommend using Harris Auto Body for any auto body issues. read more

Triple Whammy Not only did Alex take care of my or the dealer Subaru when a neighbor hit it while parked TWICE!!! First time we took care of cost out of pocket. Alex was patient and very informative when explaining work, parts and cost. Left my car like new. Second visit, Alex knew what to do and go right to work. Worked with insurance this time around. He even guided me with getting car rental covered while having my repairs done both times. Flawless work once again, night I add my car is a Pearl white and getting that glitter to shine smooth across the whole car it's tough but the team at Harris Auto did an awesome job. Due to pandemic we had a small delay but nothing too inconvenient. read more

Update 8/2/2019 I've gotten my car back from Alex and the front bumper looks brand new again! The turnaround time was pretty quick. Alex was also able to provide me with their smart car as a loaner so I could get to work. They provided me pics of the process via email as an update which was much appreciated. I had the best and excellent experience at Harris Auto Shop. I will recommend this shop to every one I know. Alex the owner is an extraordinary and exceptional man. He's professional, helpful, efficient, caring, and top notch in every thing he does. I received nothing but great and amazing services here. Alex, Sherry (his assistant) and his team provided a wonderful service on my car and the entire process was smooth and easy. I can't tell you how happy I am with this shop and with all the incredible staff. Alex will work with the insurance to make sure that your car will be fixed accordingly and replaced with the original parts. His price was very reasonable and the service was fast and trouble free. Thank you Alex and Harris Auto for every thing. Marylyn read more

During times like these it's great to have shop's like this!! I was referred to Harris by another Auto Body shop that I've been going to for almost a decade, that unfortunately was closed due to Covid-19 when I was in an accident. That alone gave me much comfort in bringing my vehicle to a place I've never been. Alex went far and above what was expected and did an amazing job in making my truck look better than before!! The only problem I have now is,what do I tell my go to Body shop if found at Harris after they reopen? read more

I'm based in Boston but got into an accident in Worcester and had no idea where to go for repair. Thank God for Alex and his crew. It didn't look too bad, but as it turned out, the damage to my car was pretty significant. He managed to keep my car from being totaled and advocated for me with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered fairly. He kept me in the loop every step of the way to come up with a repair plan and worked with me to make sure we had the best solutions. Beyond the repair work though, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Great sense of humor while taking the work seriously, and I was treated with deference and respect throughout the process, which is rare as a young woman dealing with auto repair issues. I'm still Boston-based but I can say without question that Alex has a customer for life. I'll be heading to Worcester for all of my car repairs now. read more

Great service and care. I've been going here for 15 years anytime I have auto body needs and they always provide beautiful results. After my car was hit, I called Alex for a quote. He was very persistent in getting my business, and that persistence continued in carrying out the job. He regularly called my insurance company to adhere to the quoted timeline, he arranged my rental pickup, extended the rental period after more damage was discovered and answered every question I had. Admittedly, I was not easy to deal with. Alex gave me his cell phone number and answered every single call and text at any time of day. My car is now in great shape. I'll definitely go back to Harris the next time I need a paint job. read more

Top Notch Service!!!! I have always trusted Alex and his family to go above and beyond to get the job done. I recently had my Mercedes CLA repaired here after a flat bed truck hit me and separately while my car was parked someone backed into it...my luck was batting zero until I handed it over and Harris Collision took completed care of my car. He had a rental waiting for me when I dropped it off that was exactly what I wanted and made the return just as easy! With everything happening in the world today it was one less thing to worry about thanks to Alex! 6star service.. read more

Dennis R Troy I have a 2006 Caddy that has only 44,444 miles on it. The inside has never seen a Smoker, A Dog or Cat or A Brat with an Ice Cream Cone. While getting me coffee down in Provincetown my spouse got tapped and scraped..( the car not him ) by a tattooed lady ) He was afraid to tell me because he knows I love every car I own. I am a senior now and have no intentions of buying a new car and making payments......so WHAT DO YOU DO?? You bring your car to HARRIS AUTO BODY ASAP! I could not believe I was treated like the Princess I am... They got me a SUPER rental car delivered to their door and held an umbrella over me during the pouring rainstorm so I wouldn't get wet. Perhaps a week went by when they called to say my Caddy was ready. My car was under 4 spotlights in the back and lqqked as If I'd won a NEW CAR on the Price is Right. Inside AND out....my Caddy looked better than the day I bought it. NO hassles, no problems other than trying to figure out who was the most handsome.....Father or Son?? I am truly grateful to Harris Auto Body! read more

Excellent work and fair prices. I was rear ended by someone who wasn't insured and was initially encouraged by my insurance company to go after the other person in small claims court to get the damage to my vehicle repaired. Alex at Harris is very knowledgeable with car insurance and walked me through filing the claim and specifically which questions to ask to save me money. In the end I got my bumper repaired and it looks excellent and I had to pay very little out of pocket. This place came highly recommended by someone I trust who is very familiar with Worcester and Harris lived up to the recommendation. For new customers I will say they do not take cards and that the parking isn't easy but you can usually find a spot right in front of the building on park ave, if you can't the staff will certainly direct you where to go. Alex and his staff worked very hard for my best interest. My bumper looks brand new now. Thank you very much Alex and staff, if I have auto body work to be done I'll be back for sure! They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I highly recommend Harris auto body. read more

Everything was so amazing. I met Alex at an on campus community fair. I had a few spots of body damage and they helped make the process easy. Alex helped me with the process of insurance claims. I dropped of the car and it was ready on the day it was promised. The car looked better than the day I drove the car off of the lot. I was so happy and still am very happy with my decision to go to Harris. Is would suggest Harris to anyone. read more

So it was my first accident as an adult with my very own policy (so exciting..really) and I called Harris auto body expecting to get the run around, however, Alex was more than helpful every step of the way. He set up my pick up with Enterprise, kept me updated on the progress on my vehicle more than my insurance adjuster could seem to manage, and was generally pleasant to speak with over the phone. There were a few days where I was left in the dark on the status of my repairs/ discovery of further damage, but Alex cleared the details with me in a timely manner and didn't require chasing. Overall, I would definitely return to this body shop and they seriously assisted my stress level with their clear and efficient service. Thanks, Alex! read more

Disclaimer: I have not gotten any service done by them; however, I did go to them for an estimate. Waited for about 30 minutes for their estimate guy to show up and when he wasn't available, another man by the name of Doug took a look at my car. Had some cosmetic damage to the bumper and he took a look and honestly told me that it wasn't too bad and that it didn't need repair immediately if at all. I really appreciated the candour and when I decide to get my car repaired I will definitely go to them. read more

Some acid/corrosive material had been thrown over my car, damaging most of the windows and a good portion of the paint. Had it taken to Harris Auto Body and within 2 months I have a car that looks brand new. They did an excellent job replacing windows and paint and Alex was never bothered by me contacting him for updates (about once a week for a while...). He took care of everything with my insurance too, and the time it took was probably due in part to my insurance wanting inspectors out to see the damage multiple times. The shop went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and were kind and helpful along every step. read more

I've never had more a more excellent experience with a body shop than I got with Alex and the staff at Harris Auto Body. I had a fender bender and not only did Alex make sure my car was safe to drive until the repair, but also he was able to schedule the repair in a very timely manner and explained all of my price options as well as giving me a discount. I was given a courtesy vehicle which made the situation that much less stressful but also the guys in the shop had found some work that a previous shop had badly messed up on that I wasn't aware of and fixed it for free. I would recommend this auto body shop to anyone and everyone.
