Triple Whammy Not only did Alex take care of my or the dealer Subaru when a neighbor hit it while parked TWICE!!! First time we took care of cost out of pocket. I'm based in Boston but got into an accident in Worcester and had no idea where to go for repair. Thank God for Alex and his crew. It didn't look too bad, but as it turned out, the damage to my car was pretty significant. He managed to keep my car from being totaled and advocated for me with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered fairly. He kept me in the loop every step of the way to come up with a repair plan and worked with me to make sure we had the best solutions. Beyond the repair work though, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Dennis R Troy I have a 2006 Caddy that has only 44,444 miles on it. The inside has never seen a Smoker, A Dog or Cat or A Brat with an Ice Cream Cone. Excellent work and fair prices. I was rear ended by someone who wasn't insured and was initially encouraged by my insurance company to go after the other person in small claims court to get the damage to my vehicle repaired. Alex at Harris is very knowledgeable with car insurance and walked me through filing the claim and specifically which questions to ask to save me money. In the end I got my bumper repaired and it looks excellent and I had to pay very little out of pocket. This place came highly recommended by someone I trust who is very familiar with Worcester and Harris lived up to the recommendation. For new customers I will say they do not take cards and that the parking isn't easy but you can usually find a spot right in front of the building on park ave, if you can't the staff will certainly direct you where to go. Some acid/corrosive material had been thrown over my car, damaging most of the windows and a good portion of the paint. Had it taken to Harris Auto Body and within 2 months I have a car that looks brand new. They did an excellent job replacing windows and paint and Alex was never bothered by me contacting him for updates (about once a week for a while...). He took care of everything with my insurance too, and the time it took was probably due in part to my insurance wanting inspectors out to see the damage multiple times.
