I paid almost $500 For the full inside and out "deep clean"detailing package on my truck and…read moreultimately didn't feel like the value was there. For that kind of money I expected more... 1. What I liked: I really like the way they cleaned the engine and the wheels. 2. Things that were just OK: the exterior wax job looked just ok. I guess I was expecting a little more, a better shine. Wax job effect really didn't seem to last that long. In fairness, the truck is 8 yrs old and not garaged so Maybe I was expecting too much 3. Things I didn't like: The vacuum job on the interior. there was still sand and dirt visible in the tight places between the seats. It's the kind of stuff I can't get to when I vacuum the car myself which is why I brought it to a detailer. They never washed out the bed of the truck. 4. What I really didn't like: Without asking me, they put several Haddad stickers on the windows which I removed immediately. Overall I just don't feel like the value was there for $500. It felt like the job was rushed.

When I read the other reviews, I decided to make the 1 Hour drive from lower New Hampshire. And, as…read morethe old saying goes, you get what you pay for, and I don't mind paying out when I'm getting the highest available quality - and that's what this place offers. Even when they were done with my black 2025 RAV4, I noticed a couple small marks on the hood that I thought were imperfections, possibly from their work or maybe high spots from the multiple layers of ceramic coating that I thought maybe weren't buffed out even evenly. Even though the owner did politely suspect that it might've been from some tree sap (that I did come in with) that he thought maybe actually etched into the clearcoat paint, still, he had the entire hood redone without charging me, just to be sure and so he took the position assuming that the customer might be right. Well, in the end I was wrong - and still this guy had the highest level of integrity I've run into in a long time (in any business). I am definitely always taking my car back and recommending this place. It's not often that you find extremely high-quality work combined with very great customer service and integrity.
