They told me that my tire had a piece of metal in one tire and it wasn't repairable. Then they told me that 2 of my other tires were extremely low tread. Then she said "I don't think we can let you leave with your tires like that". They didn't have the ones I needed in stock, and it would have cost me $1000 for three new tires, when I was prepared for about $100 oil change. I thanked them for their strange concern, went DIRECTLY to a tire store in Worcester. They said the one tire needed replacement, but the other 2 would last me another YEAR! He said he'd happily sell me three tires, but I did not need them. I wish I had thought to ask them how they thought they wouldn't LET ME LEAVE. I will never go there again.

I'm glad I kept them in mind and came back. After a pretty bad experience with a really high pressure sales guy at a dealership in Auburn, working with Greg was an actual breath of fresh air. Seriously, this man is probably the best car sales guy around, full stop. I found him to be kind, patient, and honest which are three traits car salespeople generally don't have, but you can see from other reviews as well, people love working with him. The DMV messed up on the new title (so I was told) so it took more time before I could register my car. In detailing the car the one who did it lost the locking lug key and they said (particularly) the owner that they would order me a replacement and it didn't come at a timely fashion and when I tried to contact the "sales person" the phone went dead or they didn't answer. When I texted the owner to ask what was going on, he basically gave me the cold shoulder. Rude, was the comment my grown daughter gave when she read the response back from the owner. What disappointed me was they came across as very nice and attentive at first but behaved as though I was a bother as I pursued the resolution to what my concern was. A couple times they indicated that someone would deliver the corrected title and the new locking lug nut wrench. Nothing but excuses followed. They do good work on bringing a car back to life but the relational aspect from those who deal mostly with the customers needs some work.
