I'm glad I kept them in mind and came back. After a pretty bad experience with a really high pressure sales guy at a dealership in Auburn, working with Greg was an actual breath of fresh air. Seriously, this man is probably the best car sales guy around, full stop. In detailing the car the one who did it lost the locking lug key and they said (particularly) the owner that they would order me a replacement and it didn't come at a timely fashion and when I tried to contact the "sales person" the phone went dead or they didn't answer. When I texted the owner to ask what was going on, he basically gave me the cold shoulder. Rude, was the comment my grown daughter gave when she read the response back from the owner. What disappointed me was they came across as very nice and attentive at first but behaved as though I was a bother as I pursued the resolution to what my concern was. A couple times they indicated that someone would deliver the corrected title and the new locking lug nut wrench. Nothing but excuses followed. They do good work on bringing a car back to life but the relational aspect from those who deal mostly with the customers needs some work.

I was over my miles a little bit and went into Elmwood to see what my options were. The only options that they had were at a payment higher than I could afford with at least $5,000 down. Feeling discouraged, I explored other options and that is when I was contacted by someone at Grieco. After explaining my situation, I was asked to come in and see if they could do anything for me just to help get me out of my current lease. After stopping into Grieco one night, I was approached by Joe DonFrancesco who talked with me for a little bit to get some information from me about the current status of my lease and what I was hoping to get out of it. Joe just wanted to understand all points of view and he got his manager Steve Mello involved. Between the two of them, they treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable and at ease with them being that it was my first time in their dealership. Steve and Joe were able to find me a 2018 Charger Indigo Blue, which was the color I wanted with my previous Charger but they didn't have any available at the time and this was the only 1 in New England so I kind of lucked out. Steve and Joe kept working and grinding the numbers for me to get me to a payment that I believe I could afford and with only putting down a little bit of money which I can understand and was happy to do in order to get the car that I truly wanted. All in all, Joe and Steve were great throughout the entire process. Even after Joe and Steve did their job, the gentleman that I did my paperwork with, Anthony, was exceptional as well and had everything ready for me to sign so I could take my wife out to a nice dinner in my beautiful new car!
