Very good work at reasonable prices. I took my car there not knowing what was wrong and they found and fixed the problem quickly

Harr Toyota - Total loss damage

My most recent buying experience with Nana and Will was as easy as you could hope. No games, no nonsense. It was as close to perfect as you can get. I would recommend Harr to anyone looking for a new dealership. Ask for Nana.

I purchased a used 2020 Toyota Sienna from Harr in 2023 with approximately 62,000 miles. I have had numerous service issues since purchasing it, but the most recent incident was completely unacceptable. I brought the van in for a FREE oil change and tire rotation. A few days later, while driving home, the front passenger tire came completely off the vehicle and hit my daughter's car, which was following behind me. The van was ultimately totaled (see photos). I was told the tire had not been properly torqued after the rotation. Thankfully, no one was injured. But this could have easily resulted in someone being seriously hurt or killed. The dealership's General Manager Marty initially told me they would "make this situation right." Instead, I spent more than 40 days trying to get a replacement vehicle while repeatedly having to contact them for updates. I was eventually told they felt they should not have to contribute anything toward replacing the vehicle. I ultimately found a comparable 2023 Sienna myself and had to pay approximately $14,000 out of pocket, including legal expenses, to move forward. And this wasn't my first problem with this dealership. Other issues with this same vehicle included: Repeated breakdowns and incomplete repairs Brake issues A filthy, damaged air filter A window gasket falling out Being told the tires were not run-flats when they were A transmission replacement followed by an oil leak that required another visit Damage to the vehicle during service A hood problem following an oil change that I was initially blamed for This is my second review. After my first review, the dealership asked me to take it down. A dealership can make a mistake. What matters is how they handle it. In my experience, the service problems were repeated, and when something went seriously wrong, I did not feel they took responsibility or made my family whole. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

I texted them to let them know that they made a mistake with their listing, and the guy responded not to bother him unless I wanted to buy the truck. This truck was priced as a Trd Pro trim, so it is about $10,000 over priced. Here we are 30 days later and they still have this truck listed as a Trd Pro trim. This is completely misleading and fraudulent. I would never do business with this company. Please don't shop here, and take notice of all the negative reviews.

I pulled over and noticed the compressor belt moving abnormally. When I dropped the car off, I was extremely specific: I told them there was an issue with the belt, that it sounded like something had fallen off, and that the problem could be reproduced by turning on the AC. I paid Lundgren for a diagnostic. They came back with a list of recommended repairs -- none of which involved the belt. Because that made absolutely no sense given why the car was there in the first place, I called and specifically asked about it. I was initially told the belt was fine. I then asked whether they had actually turned on the AC, since I had explicitly told them that was how to reproduce the issue. A technician later got back to me and told me that yes, he had turned on the AC and there were no problems with the belt. I came to pick up the car, started it in their parking lot with the AC on, and within THREE MINUTES the belt was visibly acting up again. I took a video and immediately went back inside. Kenny at the service desk apologized, told me his manager was gone, and asked me to email him so he could handle it. I emailed him. No response. In the meantime, I brought the car to another mechanic. They found that the tensioner had FALLEN OFF the compressor belt and told me they were surprised the belt was even still on. The second mechanic also told me my front brakes were rotted and needed new pads and rotors -- another significant problem that somehow did not appear anywhere on Lundgren's paid "diagnostic." So I paid Lundgren to diagnose a car after specifically explaining the problem, where it was, and exactly how to reproduce it. They assured me a technician had tested the exact condition I described and found nothing wrong. I reproduced the problem myself in their parking lot within three minutes, and another mechanic subsequently found that an actual COMPONENT WAS MISSING from the belt system. Then came the customer service. I called after getting no response to my email. Kenny said he would speak to his manager and get back to me. No response. I called again. I was eventually told that, from their perspective, they had "done everything by the book and what we could for you." Apparently "by the book" means charging someone for a diagnostic, missing the specific mechanical problem they brought the car in for, missing another major repair, assuring the customer the problem was checked and did not exist, and then repeatedly failing to return calls after being shown that the diagnosis was wrong. I told them I was prepared to leave a negative review because of how poorly this had been handled. I was again told someone would get back to me. Nobody did. Days later, I called again and nobody even answered. I called back hours later and finally reached someone. I told them that if nobody contacted me, I would dispute the diagnostic charge with my credit card company and leave this review. Still nobody called me back. Mistakes happen. What makes this experience unacceptable is not simply that they missed something. It is that I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM what the problem was, WHERE it was, and HOW TO REPRODUCE IT. They then specifically told me they had performed that test and that the belt was fine. I demonstrated otherwise in their own parking lot almost immediately after paying them. And when given multiple opportunities to address it, they simply stopped responding. I have very little confidence in either the quality of the diagnostic work I paid for or the way Lundgren handles a problem when a customer points out that their diagnosis was clearly incorrect. I would not bring my vehicle here again.
