Not only did Marty ( the fabulous GM) take TWO Teslas in trade with a fantastic price, but the absolutely stunning Yesenia ( finance director AKA rock star aka owner) worked a miracle and got me financed in a beautiful 2025 Lexus RZ. The price was phenomenal but the process was OUTSTANDING!!! Literally the best dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle at. Each time we walked in and out of the dealership there were people opening both doors like we are royalty to the sales manager Jose personally working hard to get ME into the vehicle I wanted. This is not your typical dealership. It's a family. A unified business where they all work together towards a common goal. This allows the buying process to transition smoothly and efficiently. The fabulous Aleah was my very own car buying connoisseur. She has a deep knowledge and refined approach to purchasing a vehicle. Aleah was extremely well versed in many aspects of the car buying experience and a complete fashionista with those heart shaped glasses. Most salespeople make more from manufacturer bonuses so the incentive to purchase a Toyota vehicle is higher for them, yet Aleah never once tried to sway me in either direction. Aleah was extremely smart, professional and efficient. We didn't spend the typical 12 hours at a dealer. When the Finance Director (aka bonita mariposa) stepped in, Yesenia was the most personable humble woman I've ever met. Yesenia was not only the type of woman you notice in a crowd for her striking beauty, but that beauty shined from within. Yesenia is just a kind, compassionate soul who truly cares about people. Harr Motors makes you feel like you matter and in a world filled with so much noise and chaos, it's nice to have a dealership who makes you feel like they have your best interests at heart. I will never forget this car buying experience and I hope to one day, pay their kindness forward in life, because life is incredibly fragile and we never know what our future holds so learn to dance in the rain because this life is just a dress rehearsal for the next.

    Received an unsolicited text message from Tyler Brown asking if he could text me, even though he…read morejust did without asking me. Before I could even finish reading it, he calls me. I send it to voicemail and get a recorded message saying something about calling back for assistance. I've never contacted them, reached out to them, or had any dealings with them; heck, I live an hour away. So they literally have no reason to be contacting me. The only reason they could possibly be contacting me is that my car loan, which I got from another dealership, was originally set to end this month, although I paid it off 2 years earlier. Even taking that into account, there's no reason for them to be harassing me. I know when/if I decide to get another car not to even bother with them now, at least.

The decline in service quality and integrity is deeply concerning. My negative experiences began a little over 2 years ago with my wife's Honda CRV. Lundgren advised a rear bushing replacement and a sway bar replacement, claiming the latter was cracked. However, a second opinion from another mechanic revealed the sway bar was not cracked, directly contradicting Lundgren's assessment. This incident immediately raised doubts about the accuracy of Lundgren's diagnoses. The most significant issue involves my 2016 Honda Civic's recurring AC problems. Since I have purchased the car from Lundgren I have not had a reliably working AC. Despite multiple attempts by Lundgren to fix it, it consistently failed not long after repair. On the fourth and final visit (see attached work order 05/02/2022), Lundgren's diagnosis, based on "specialized Honda AC diagnostic equipment," was a leaking evaporator core. This diagnosis cost me over $400, with an estimated repair bill of an additional $2,000. Due to the car's ongoing AC issues, I sought assistance from Lundgren and Honda for coverage, but was denied because I already used Hondas "Goodwill" program for a paint issue I had with the car. Due to personal reasons I have gone 3 summers without a working AC in the car. Recently, I took the Civic to an independent, certified mechanic to address this issue. This mechanic found no issue with the evaporator core. Instead, they identified that the lines going into the condenser appeared to be improperly connected or damaged (possibly intentionally cut) and also located leaks in the lines leading to the firewall. After replacing these lines, the AC has been fully functional for over four weeks, at a significantly lower cost than Lundgren's estimate. This experience clearly demonstrates a serious misdiagnosis by Lundgren, leading to an unwarranted $400 charge and a proposed $2,000 repair for a problem that didn't exist. Beyond these critical mechanical failures, I've observed a noticeable decline in Lundgren's overall customer service. A minor yet irritating example is the high-mileage oil change discount. Previously, this discount was proactively offered; now, (at least in my experience) customers must specifically request it. Even when requested, I've been incorrectly charged and forced to seek refunds for the difference. These accumulated issues, from significant misdiagnoses to a general decline in customer service, have completely eroded my trust in Lundgren. The dealership no longer upholds the standards I've come to expect over my nearly two decades as a customer. I am deeply disappointed by these experiences and the financial implications they've caused.
