I got completely scammed at Phil's Auto Repair. I called last Thursday asking if they could help…read morewith an inspection sticker. They said yes and this was a blatant lie. I let them know over the phone and in person that I recently failed an inspection, repaired all of the issues but had my horn break in the mean time. They said they could take a look at it. When I came to pick up my car, there was no inspection sticker. Turns out they don't actually do stickers and brought me to a guy down the street. They charged me $130 as a service charge for giving my car a full inspection and no sticker. Why the hell would I pay $130 for inspection and no sticker if I'd be getting an inspection anyways with my sticker for $35?! It's because I was lied to and taken advantage of. Phil you knew exactly what you were doing and I feel so stupid for putting blind faith into your shop. The labor was done so I'm not getting a refund but be warned. Zero integrity here.
