I went to AutoZone in 1/7/ 2025. it was 11am a female that claims to be e manager has a bad temper and treated me very bad. one hour earlier I bought a battery. I gave her my phone number for the warranty. When I got back later to bring my old battery she did not find me in the system. She blamed the system but in fact she put the wrong number. A giant man comes and find me in a different number but he deny my money for the old battery jus because I told the lady that she put in the wrong number. They pushed me out of the store without giving me my money even though they find me in the system. just because her feeling was hurt when I told her that she put a wrong number. This people act like thugs in the street. They do not care about costumers that they spend their money there. I will ask everybody to avoid going there for anything. read more

Colleen does it all! Friendly, fast, and efficient! I have had to stop in this store on several occasions and every time I am pleased with customer service and product availability. One time I needed a new battery. I didn't know how I could get the batteries in and out of the store. I went in to ask for a dolly to move the old battery. That little Asian girl just went right outside and picked it up like nothing, brought it into the store and said "thank you very much", and with a smile too! Always been a good experience in this store. Convenient location; the parking can be a little tight at times, but manageable. read more

To whom it may concern, I went into AutoZone on park ave in Worcester on Sunday 10/29 and want to let you know how wonderful Albert, Keith, and Kerry were. I am not a person that knows ANYTHING about cars, and they were all AMZING. They treated me with respect, talked to me, listened, and most importantly helped me and didn't make me feel like an idiot. I wish more customer service team members were like the 3 of them because I really really appreciated everything they did. I will start by saying ,I rarely write reviews on internet. I just came back from AutoZone at Park Ave and I can tell for sure it the worst experience ever. I got the most unprofessional service from a guy named Mathew P. He was so rude and and his communion with me was unethical.He gave me a very bad attitude, this was very noticeable from other customers at the store. As the result of his trashy talk some of the customers left the store without asking for help. One thing I will do for sure, never go back at AutoZone in park ave. I'm surprised to be so impressed. I've had quite a few bad experiences with various Autozones in various states, but my first experience here in Worcester was superb. Another store sold me the wrong part for my car, and I had already relocated and had to tow my car when I moved. Upon walking into this Autozone to see what I could work out, I was greeted by friendly people behind the counter (that was the first surprise). I fully expected to be told that my part would only be good for a core charge now that I had mounted and tested it, but upon confirming that the part didn't fit my car, and was complete and in working order, they simply gave me cash back with a clear, "Sorry for the mistake." I just wish they carried the correct part so I could go back and give them all the business I'd like to. I'm thoroughly impressed with the service I received and the way I was treated, and completely surprised to find that there are knowledgeable people behind the counter there. read more

I couldn't have been more impressed. Came in to purchase a replacement headlight for my car. The guy behind the counter looked up what I needed then showed me the different options explaining the difference between the regular and higher priced options. At checkout he reminded me not to touch the bulb and also gave me rubber gloves just as a precaution. Attention to detail and great customer service sets this location apart. read more

My headlight went out last week and I could not for the life of me figure out how to replace the bulb. I had looked up directions online (because the owner's manual was useless) but the clips were really tough to figure out. Anyway I decided to go to Autozone and get the new bulb I needed. The guy behind the counter helped me find the bulb I needed and then he came out to my car and showed me how to get the clips off and explained all of the steps to replace the bulb. You can't really see any of the parts in my car because of the way they designed it; so when he was taking the parts off he had me reach my hand in so I could get a feel for where the parts were. Anyway to make a long story short this is a great auto parts store with a wicked friendly and helpful staff! read more

Not bad for the things I usually get, although service can be slow and the clerks aren't always the most knowledgeable when it comes to automotive issues. I bought a 2 ton Duralast floor jack a few months ago only to have it stop working after a few uses (and yes, I did bleed it out like everyone says you're supposed to do). When I talked to someone at another AutoZone location they said Duralast was one of the worst brands out there and wouldn't recommend them to their customers. Which makes me wonder, if even their own employees admit it's a terrible floor jack, why is it the only brand they sell? read more

after just about the worst month of my life, God or karma or whoever you believe in still decides that he hates me. so i go out to get bagels for breakfast and my car is working fine. after about 5 minutes at the market, i hop back in the car and low and behold, it doesn't want to start. i eventually call AAA and they take an hour and half to come help me. the guy jumps me and i swiftly head over to autozone. Just to make sure i made the right decision by going to autozone vs. going home, i turn my engine off and try to start it again. nope, no cigar. so i go into autozone, just about ready to cry from all my crappy luck and i go to look for an appropriate battery. i'm really hating life and hating all people that i come into contact with; then rudy came into my life. he was really my night in shining armor that day. he was so friendly and really went above and beyond to help me. he has to be the nicest worcester employee i've ever encountered and he helped restore my faith in humanity. and though i got cut off driving home, and hit every red light, i smiled and sang along with the radio. thanks for all you did for my rudy! you're AWESOME!!! read more

Ran in for a quick can of oil. They didn't have what I wanted and the kid sales clerk hadn't a clue. Ended up at AAP instead. At least their staff was more knowlegible. This was my third time trying an Autozone and I have to say that I'm not all that impressed. read more
