Ill be glad to support a shop that respects their customers regardless how picky they are about their car. I Im that car dude and I personally prefer to do my own work to my cars but after finding this shop. I know I can bring my car here and have service done. Techs are cool as well as the service advisors. They hire heavily tattooed folks which is a respect and plus in my book! Respectfully will be here for future purchases/services. Many places are a joke when comes to customer service. This place is not.

Stay clear of Fuller Collision Center unless you want to spend an excessive amount of time securing…read morean appointment visiting the shop several times for them to initially look at your car, come back again to drop off your car, wait and excessive amount of time to have the repairs completed (3-4 weeks)only to return to find a new dent on the vehicle and be expected to eat the cost, because the owner will not be reimbursed to his satisfaction by his insurance company for damage his employees incurred on your vehicle. Over $6000.00 in repairs, a $1000.00 deductible out of my pocket, but Fuller refuses to replace a part damaged on their site that appears to have been caused by a round metal object. Thankfully, I had taken detailed photos before drop off and then upon my attempted pick up to demonstrate the new damage. (Two photos before, two photos at "pick up." 14 steps on my part interact with this business; Go somewhere else where you will be valued as a customer. FULLER- Unfair business practices and I am a very unhappy consumer. Stay away from this Fuller-centric experience.
