I stopped by to purchase some oil and carb cleaner as well as drop off some used oil to be recycled. In the past this location has had chronic understaffing combined with one particular employee that is rather surly.
The surly employee was working this evening, and was one of two staff members. I waited in line and when it was my turn I asked if he could help me find some carb cleaner. The answer was "it's on the back wall" and he turned to check out another person. I attempted to find it, and unsuccessful again waited in line until my turn. When I was again first in line, I asked for further help. He then said it's going to be a while, and started processing something again on his computer. There were approximately 4 other customers that were in various stages of annoyed, and making comments about how slow the service was. The other employee was still helping the same customer throughout this entire period.
Seems to me this store is actively trying to get rid of customers, eventually I walked out leaving the items I could find behind and went to a different competitor where service was fast, though it's a bit out of my way.
Not sure I'm going to bother giving another try, this is just another disappointment in a series of attempts to patronize this location. read more
