Today I popped into AutoZone while I was waiting for CVS to fill a prescription because new windshield wipers were long since overdue. I was greeted by Jose who asked me what I needed and then what car I drove. When he confirmed the sizes of wipers I needed he walked over to the aisle with me to pick them out. We took a few minutes talking about the difference wipers (the vary a lot in price) and I wound up buying the Bosch because even though they were the most expensive, I feel pretty confident it's going to be a long time before I have to buy wipers again. After he checked me out, Jose actually came outside with me and put them on my car and then took the old ones and tossed them for me. Talk about service! Thanks AutoZone. read more

As usual, received wrong parts AGAIN! Marlborough never gives us the correct parts. We constantly go back and forth and it takes 3 times as long to fix. The reason for 2 stars and not 1 is because they're always very friendly and they make you feel like they know what their doing. After you get home you realize you have the wrong parts and have to go back. Thank God for the Hudson location and that manager Javier! Right parts the first time and super friendly. read more

I sold my car to someone, as they were driving it home the check engine light came on. He went there for them to read it, it came up as a P0171 fuel metering too lean. Their suggestion was "reprogram the pcm" when i called them to ask them how they possibly got to that decision i was told "call Acura" to which i responded, "why would i call them its YOUR suggestion" after he couldn't give me an answer.
