I looked for my parked car the other night and it was nowhere in sight. I went through all the calls my school's police, Worcester police, but no avail. I call Boulevard and they gave me the information I needed my car was involved in a hit and run that also involved another car. Worcester police hadn't even written the report yet and Boulevard at least told me the minimal details of what had happened. Anyway since the car is not registered under me, my father called. The car was hit and totaled to what we believe was an impaired driver. The wheels were broken off and it was driven up into the sidewalk. We were not available at the time. Boulevard handles the situation wonderfully. They worked with us and the Worcester police department to resolve the issue. They also helped with the insurance company storage and all towing. The folks in the office, the folks on second shift were of invaluable help. They even went as far as having a mechanic help us remove a frozen on license plate so we could return to the DMV. The service that Boulevard provided far exceeded my expectations.
