We recently bought a car that 1 person owned. It is immaculate for a 2010. When we bought it at the end of August, it had just been inspected. The inspection sticker was good from May '25 25-May '26. So, please tell me HOW IT FAILED???!!!!! They failed A GOOD INSPECTION sticker for windshield wipers and bad front tires. The tires do need to be replaced, eventually. Honestly, the thread is fine. The previous owner drove 5 miles to and from work, and that was about it. Total BS. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. read more

The problem with these guys can be summed up in one phrase: a failure to communicate. I go there mostly for my annual inspection because it's close. You will sit there for 30 minutes waiting to go in, and nothing happens. There is no car in the bay. You just sit there and nobody tells you how long it's going to be or why there's no one in the bay. I've had this experience several times, even though they seem to do a big business in inspections. read more

Got a flat on 290, was able to get to Lincoln Street BP. We pulled in, was greeted, and the car was taken into the garage immediately. They didn't have the tire in stock, so one of the employees got into his truck, and went to pick it up. The tire was changed, and we were back on the road. NEW OWNER!!! Women should not go there alone, they are waiting to take you for a ride, rude family members hanging out in parking lot, acting as bouncers and trying to intimidate you. Obviously don't need our business. Never going back and making sure my friends and family don't either!! read more

12:35 pm myself and another person pull in for full service... sitting here for 5 minutes no one comes out.. so I called was told they r having lunch so have to wait! 15 minutes for someone to come out... person in front of me was on empty Guess last time I come here.. u was going to talk to them about doing work but if getting gas is difficult!!! read more

Pulled in didn't realize it was full service so I got out and used my Apple Pay account which only had 21$ on it and I only wanted 10$ in gas and after I clicked my phone to the machine the guy comes over and let's me know it's full service. So ok I get back in my car and tell him I only need 10$ so he does thet but next thing I know I was charged the whole 21 for k it 10$ of gas and I haven't received my 11$ back yet. Imagine if I had like 100$ on there and only wanted 10&? I would be out 90$ def not worth the risk guys and before I get the o they hold 90$ til it clears no not with Apple Pay it goes right back after you use what you wanted. The person doing my inspection didn't even wear a mask going into *my* car to drive it into the bay and I could tell he's the type who'd get nasty if I asked him to wear one and would probably "find" a tiny, insignificant issue with my car to retaliate. read more

The owner Al is friendly and knowledgeable. His pricing is more than fair for any work. I generally get same day service with an old school feel. Al and this BP are my go-to for any car issues! read more

Horrible place; don't go here. I wish I could give this place a negative one million stars. I only came here because it was close to my work and I needed my car inspection sticker changed but it turned out to be a huge mistake on my part. The people are super rude and the experience is comparable a cattle call. This is The worst experience I ever had getting any sort of work done on my car or anything service related for that matter. I was verbally and racially assaulted by a classless rude bully. It's super scary as a woman to have a large man yelling at you using vulgarity and racial epithets for no apparent reason. He verbally assaulted me going on about me not speaking english when english is the only language I speak. I truly empathize with those who english is not their first language; God help them if they had to meet this horrible man. After waiting in line for almost 40 minutes, it was finally my turn the classless bully started yelling at me using vulgarity for no apparent reason. I have never been to this place and was not familiar with how they ran inspections so he yelled at me and spoke to me using vulgarity This was not a pleasant experience after a long day of work. I left because I was so upset and shaken by this horrible man. These people have absolutely no customer service. This place is absolutely The Worst and so is the man doing their inspections. read more

Came here to get my car inspected and it was an incredibly horrible experience. This should really be a boring, bland type of business transaction and for some reason I had so many negative interactions with the only two employees working at this business. I was first told that I would need to wait 40 minutes. When I got out of my car because it was over 85° to go in the shade, the mechanic told me to go sit in my car like I was being a child. I then was told to park my car in very tight locations because there's really nowhere to wait and the entire premises is so small and got some eye rolls for the other person working there. When was finally my turn to get my car inspected I was told it would be an additional charge to put the plates on. Had I known that, I would've put on the plates while I was waiting for 40 minutes in 85° weather. The person that wave to me initially should've told me that when I showed him my plates unattached in the interior of the car. When I complained that I would not lose my spot online after having waited 40 minutes in the heat, the mechanic told me to "calm down or he would ask me to leave the premises" which was an over reaction. I was being completely calm. He didn't charge me for a light that was out but did not show me where this issue was. I'm not surprised that the only other in review for this business is also poor. Would recommend getting your services elsewhere. read more

Worst place to bring your car, the owner robbed me. Jacked up my tires and brakes, never did the job in the first place. Never will go here for gas or any service at all. Stay clear of the place at all cost. read more
