Yet when I stepped inside this Hudson, MA Autozone location, I was greeted by a young man, Christopher. When I asked if anyone had time to do a battery health check, he instantly said, "Yes, I can do that right now for you." No boo-boo face, no looking around, no bad body language whatsoever. Within 5 minutes, Christopher had tested my battery, alternator, and starter. All were good. There are many people working in customer service who obviously take no pleasure in helping others. This Autozone employee is the opposite, and the Hudson store and the corporation are lucky to have Christopher as a representative.

I checked online and found it at several websites, but shipping costs were required. I decided to check Napa website and was able to reserve the tool online, and picked it up a couple hours later.
