First off,…read moreas a first time customer coming in to get work done the owner himself does a free, FULL, precise, all point inspection of everything on your vehicle down to the thickness of brake pads and tire tread itself. This alone at a dealership would be $150 easy and he does it FREE. Second, I did not get the pleasure of meeting the sons behind the name of the company but I did get the pleasure of meeting Scott and Mike. Both men had wonderful customer service and were always looking for any way possible to help or accommodate their customers whether it meant staying late or squishing someone's car in quick into the 15 minute break they got that day with how busy they were. These guys blew me away in every way possible. Every customer I saw come in there or even that called weren't just customers to them, they were family. I couldn't help but stay and talk to Mike the whole time my Jeep was being worked on instead of sitting in the heated office with TV because he was just so kind and easy to talk to! Last but not least, I went in here with my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited which at this point I had brought to 3 Jeep dealerships prior to find an antifreeze problem. All 3 dealerships prior to these guys waved it off, it was nothing, and sent me home when whatever else was done. Well 10 minutes on the lift and into the air at Scott and Son's and they found my problem which actually ended up being a huge crack in my radiator which could have lead to some SERIOUS damage if kept unfixed. After a diagnosis and Mike's magical work with my third party service contract which no one else wants to touch anywhere the VERY NEXT DAY my Jeep was in and fixed THAT DAY! And at the end the owner/mechanic himself took a test drive with me just to make sure everything worked perfectly! I would 110% recommend this auto shop to anyone and everyone! I will no longer be taking my vehicle (or future vehicles) anywhere else ever again and neither should you! P.S. Picture in comments showing my old radiator with the leak everyone else (including 3 Jeep dealerships) missed until Scott found it within 10 mins!!

Transmission operated very well after that. Vehicle was sold 10 months after repair, transmission still working flawlessly. However ... vehicle was in the Acme shop for repair 7 times, a total of 45 days. This incl. 6 weekend days that Acme didn't work, and I didn't have my vehicle. First repair drop off was Sept. 20 2016 and final pickup was Dec. 20. Typically the transmission would malfunction after pickup during the drive home, so most of the days I did have the vehicle it didn't shift properly. In my opinion this discouraging three month period could and should have been much shorter.

I don't know much about the area, but I ended up taking my vehicle here in a panic, after getting an estimate elsewhere, and after failing to pass state inspection because of the car's smashed front bumper. Everyone at WFM was immediately helpful. I just showed up (in a panic!) and a few folks came out to take a look at the damage to my front bumper/side door/hood/headlight and to talk me through their initial thoughts on repairs. They also cleaned up the bumper a little and made sure the sharp pieces where it had been smashed weren't exposed. They secured my loose headlight so it wouldn't fall off, until I could take it in for repairs. A couple days later, my partner dropped my car and estimate off at WFM while I was at work. When I picked it up 2.5 weeks later, it looked even better than when I first got it. The bumper, hood, door, and headlight were so meticulously repaired and detailed. Not only that, but the folks at Worcester Foreign Motors totally cleaned the outside and inside of my car as well, free of charge. This could not have been an easy task: the car had been a mess after moving all my stuff and two cats up the coast. It looks like a brand new car now. It was stressful to have the accident so soon after moving, but a blessing to find these folks. I highly recommend WFM to anyone, and I will be taking my car back there in the future.
