I have been going to this local NAPA for many years now and they are the best. In particular, I usually deal with either Joe or Jeremy and they always take the time with customers to track down the right part and get it fast if they don't have it out back. I can't think of how many times they have scoured the computer or catalogs for some oddball thing I needed, and came up with it easily and at a great price! I also like the fact they they know their customers. When I walk in, everyone knows my name. This is how businesses ought to be run!

After direct discussions with the shop manager ( and family member of the owner I presume) we agreed on the first step. I was somewhat hesitant because of the significant mark-up of the part prices but thought for sure they would make up for it with service and quality. I ignored the 90$/hour labor charge thinking the same. The first hurdle was to install an auxiliary battery and a window. After leaving the van for two and a half days I thought there would be plenty of time to get the job done right. Instead, I found they did not install the parts quoted ( aftermarket aftermarket parts used?) and the manager certainly did not inspect the work with serious flaws in quality. In the end, at the expense of my time and energy, the situation was corrected. The experience was not a good one and I advise caution.

I'm *so so so* happy!! My car looks better than the day I bought it on those panels. The paint color perfectly matches the rest of the car. They even detailed the inside for free and touched up other spots on the car. They were super nice and very responsive through the whole process.
