Another gentleman behind the computer identified himself as the owner and said he was there for 30 years. I told him the only reason I was there is because I found him on yelp and your customers love you. He smiled, and said "hey, we try to do our best. You know it's a car business it's tough, but we try to do our best."! I think that's all we can expect is someone's best. The salesman was a very nice gentleman who let us look at the car without interrupting or acting condescending, etc. He recognized I had a small amount of mechanical aptitude and did not belittle me or put me down because I was trying to do a little due diligence on count of my 17 1/2 year-old son. We took the vehicle for a ride and came back. We said we had to take a drive and talk about it. He said, "why don't you take this car for another drive and talk about it"? which I thought was pretty great. We took another drive in the car and we came back and made a great deal! I didn't beat them up and they did not beat me up. It felt really good to do a good old-fashioned deal. The handshake , well it was great, I know that sounds corny and a little ridiculous but if you come here, I'm sure you'll experience the same thing. We haven't picked the car up yet. Just did the deal, but I'll certainly check back and let you all know.

I met Coleen for the first time today and learned that She and her husband Hamid have been in business for 32 years. Once my car is out of factory warranty, its assuring to know I have a quality business close to home. Update 8 March 2019 - Car is now out of warranty and brought it in for service today and was able to get same day service. The problem was the blower motor resistor and I was on my way in just over an hour. All for a fair price. It doesn't get better than that. The staff was exceptionally polite and professional. The waiting area immaculate. I'll be going back next month for an oil change, tire rotation, and 4yr maintenance. Thank You!

Paul at Bruce's Garage is great. He's a good mechanic and honest. He will not do work that is not…read moreneeded. I brought my truck to Ford and I needed axle seals and front and rear brakes. Front brakes because they were worn and rear because the axle seal leak took the brakes out. Ford quoted me about $1500 to do it all. I brought it to Bruce's and the bill was way less than half. Why ? Because Paul took care of the axle seals and the front brakes. The only thing needed on the rear brakes was a couple of cans of brake cleaner to get the oil off. I would definitely recommend Bruce's garage.

So I totally got scammed by this place. I brought my vehicle here because it would start and run…read morefor a bit and die. So I tell the mechanic about what was going on with the car and he tells me he knows what's wrong it's a battery,and needs spark plugs? Ok. Wants full payment up front. Ok. I also got used tires from him and paid cash for them. So he doesn't give me a estimate or anything and just does the work which took about a month to complete after I paid him in full first. Now I'm thinking he definitely did a diagnosis test to it first that told him it was the battery and plugs that was causing the issues right. I get the car back had it for 1 hour it broke down 3 times same issue and I finally get it back to him and he says well now I got to put the computer on it to see what the problem is and I said why didn't u do that first like your supposed to. He said I thought I knew what it was and goes to tell me the computer says it's running rich and he wants another 300.00 to do a smog test to find out the issue. Now he already charged me around 1200.00 for the prior work that he guessed at doesn't other a refund for putting parts I didn't need in my car and know wants to charge me more and it's just to see the issues with it. So I got upset this is 2 months now dealing with the back and forth then when I wanted a refund he told me if I'm not going to pay more money to fix it then he's charging me 35.00 a day for storage fees. Which is just not right. I paid him my card not fixed and he's now he won't give my car back to me. Even after he's paid for the wrong work done to my car. I'm in the middle of getting lawyers involved. He pretends to care about you until he gets paid and then he just tries to get as much money as he can out of you. Please don't not allow him to steal your car like he's trying to do from me. I can't work because of this mess he's doing to me. Please stay away from this place there scam artist. Thank you
