In particular, I usually deal with either Joe or Jeremy and they always take the time with customers to track down the right part and get it fast if they don't have it out back. I can't think of how many times they have scoured the computer or catalogs for some oddball thing I needed, and came up with it easily and at a great price! I also like the fact they they know their customers. When I walk in, everyone knows my name. This is how businesses ought to be run!

Walked in on a Tuesday morning at 730 and it was pretty busy, about 3-4 people were sitting in the waiting area. I told them that I needed 4 new tires to be mounted only. Took my keys and I sat there waited in the waiting area. They took my car in after waiting for about 10 mins. Got all 4 tires mounted and balanced. Total time that took them to finished was probably 30mins or so. Customer service was great. Friendly and outgoing staffs. Didn't try to up sell me anything as it was mention in the previous reviews. After they got paid, they delayed registration for nearly a month, preventing me from getting it inspected within the state's Lemon Law window. That's not just frustrating -- it's deceptive. By the time I could inspect it, I had to pay over $2,500 out of pocket for parts, labor, and a wheel alignment -- just to make the truck safe and legal. Now, after providing receipts, the failed inspection report, and documented communication, I've been ignored. Since posting about my experience, I've received multiple statements from other customers who say they also received vehicles with incorrect or unsafe parts installed.
