Compare that to another dealership that itemizes and prices all services. I recently booked a service for a specific price and with a discount that they emailed me specifically for that service. They tried to charge me hundreds more saying "prices have changed" until I dug up their marketing email (from just 10 days ago). I don't want to have to deal with such tactics. I'm switching to another Subaru service provider.
