This was hands down the worst dealership experience of my life. I paid cash for my truck and it still took them two weeks to give it to me. Two weeks for a truck that was already paid for. When I went to buy, they told me I'd be able to drive home with it that same day and then the live started. And then they decided not to return my phone calls. The staff had no answers, no timeline, no update... nothing. Every time I asked, they said they didn't know when I'd get my own truck. Zero communication, zero urgency, and honestly, zero respect for the customer. If you value your time, your money, or basic customer service, avoid Tuck's Trucks. They completely dropped the ball from start to finish. And it's not like I bought a used car I bought a brand new 2026 Denali GMC. I wire them $101,374. The most incompetent and untrustworthy service people that I have ever encountered. I had a pretty bad feeling when I walked in the door, but ignored my gut instinct because the Google review was not so bad. I brought my vehicle in for one issue and I left in tears getting charged for things that were not wrong with my vehicle and a failed inspection sticker on top of it. If I could give it zero stars, I would! The front door was left wide open when the dealership was closed. I brought my truck in for repairs, but when I picked it up, the problem wasn't fixed. I brought it in again, and they claimed the same problem was addressed, but it wasn't. The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was eventually told to pick up my truck, but they closed early. After driving an hour to get there, I was informed that my payment hadn't gone through, even though it had. Can you say the worst customer service? Michael in service is the most chauvinistic, rude person I have ever met. When dealing with him, he speaks down to you, will not look you in the eye and is the gate keeper to getting service done. He is not knowledgeable and treats customers poorly. I have been a GMC customer for over 30 years and shocked at the treatment I received. My car was returned filthy (even though I had to wait longer as they said they were washing it after spilling transmission fluid on the hood) and it took 2 car washes to get it clean. Follow up after 2 weeks got me no where. The sales people are great - Paul, the manager was a gem and nice to speak with, but you still must go through Michael for service, so it just takes away from all the goodness that Paul does RUN away is all I can say. read more

You wait forever for someone to answer the phone if they even answer I've called multiple times and left multiple messages to schedule an appointment and never got a callback. They are rude and ignorant people in the service department I highly would not recommend this place to service a car. read more

TUCKS TRUCKS is Horrible !!!! Lesson learned today on how to not have customer service ! Tucks GMC major Fail !! Here is my story sad but true ! I own 3 Chevy Silverado's I was turning in my wife's GMC Acadia end of lease I have never turned one in so I walk into Tucks there is an older sales person sitting there tweaking his phone ..I wait a bit then I say Hi I am here to turn in a lease he yells Paul !!! this guys is turning in a lease ..Pauls yells ya got to wait twenty minutes I am on the phone with the bank , I ask isn't there anyone one else that can help ???? nope so apparently you can run a dealership with two people??? (not a good dealership) so i wait 10-15 minutes Paul come s out an is like I need the registration and mileage , now I shake my head paul says hey why u shaking your head ... I say well i have been here for like 15 minute i could of gotten that while I waited and Paulie says hey i was in there on the phone with the fucking bank !! so yada yada I turned it in at Durand Chevrolet took only 10 min plenty of people helping took my plates off reminded me to get transponder awesome service ! What a frustrating situation, I drop my truck to fix a vac system issue. By the first time to approve the job the guy told me about $750. When I show up to pick up I was astonished with $1200 bill. That's ok, I'm happy because the truck was fixed. No I'm not. Back 2 weeks after with the same kind problem and again, to be approved bu the call he said around $500, and guest what, another $1150 bill to fix the same kind problem with different parts because by the food time they said was able to find the real problem. Really disappointed. I have couple truck but I'll will gonna find another place to fix them and bring that place to the court to have dome money back. read more

The Service department, What can I say. I have taken my 2013 GMC truck there 3 times for small fixes. I did not purchase it at Tucks but another dealer. I purchased a top of the line bumper to bumper extended warranty from the GM dealer I bought the truck from. The service guys at Tucks tell me they have no way of knowing what my warranty covers and no way off finding out. Again I purchase the warranty from GM. I have talked to 3 other dealers and they say IF they cannot see it on their computer they just need to reach out to the other dealership. They say this is a way for them to charge me money that I should not be paying as well as they would rather not be doing warranty work. Brought my truck in to be fixed. They called 3 hours later to tell me that my EGT sensor was no good and needed to be replaced but also said that the part was stripped and unable to get out so they not only needed to replace the sensor but also the catalytic converter where the sensor was located. All together the total cost of the job would be $2300.00. So I decided to take the truck out and just pay the diagnostic fee of $115.00. The next day I brought the truck to a local mechanic and had him take a look. Not only was the sensor not stripped but he was able to get it out with ease and threaded it out with no harm to the catalytic converter. After putting the new sensor back in and starting the truck up all was fixed. Was charged $110.00 for labor, $55.00 for the part. This company should be ashamed for trying to take advantage of its costumers and for not only lying but also not caring at all to fix the situation. I called to tell them how I was upset and their response was, I shouldn't be mad because they never actually charged me the $2300.00. I will never be going back to this company and strongly suggest no one else using them. They do not care about their customers but only the money they can make. I called 3 days in advance for an appointment for a front end alignment. I gave them the exact make and size of Ford F-350 pu. Wheelbase measurements and 18 rim size. I asked for an alignment and tire rotation with balance. The quoted me 89.95 for alignment and 20 or so on each tire for Balancing. I told them I needed it by noon. They said the earlier I drop it off the more likely it will be ready. So I dropped it off overnight. I called at 10 am and they had not even looked at it. I again called at 12 and still not looked at. At 230 they called and said it was ready. I was now at work and sent my wife to pick it up. I paid for it over the phone. When it got home they did not rotate tires and a note on the bill said they can not balance 18 inch rims, the same size I told them I had. The also did not rotate them as promised and charged me for it plus charged me an extra 10 because the truck was longer than average. Just like I told them. What does length have to do with extra cost or labor on an f350 single wheels? The next day is when things absolutely got worse. I called the dealer and he insisted I was wrong about the rotating the tires. He put me on hold and check with the technician. The technician admitted that he never knew he was supposed to rotate the tires. He then said I could bring the truck back and he would do it. I told him I was not going to come back and leave the truck for several hours and drive back again wasting three hours of my life. He said there's nothing else he could do. I requested my money back and he seemed upset to do that. I eventually got my money back and he was not happy about it. I then requested the $10 surcharge that I did not authorize on the alignment back. I explained to him that there was no reason for the up charge and he had my phone number to contact me if he had any issues. They never contacted me about the truck until after it was done and even then it was never really finished completely. I had bought several trucks from them in years past but it had been a while since my last. I will never return to this place. It is one thing to make a mistake it is second to lie about it and give the customer a hard time on a refund. I would have expected that he refund the tire rotation money and still offered to do it for free seeing it was their mistake and a return trip would cost me quite a hassle to come back the 1 Hour Drive each way. I bought a brand new 2014 gmc in sept.2014. I have been dealing with problems since 2 weeks into owning it. My door filling up with water! windshield washer hose they couldn't fix to a cracked light which was broken when I bought it. When they changed the broken light they did not seal it right. The head liner ended up with water stains and needed to be changed. They put in a damaged roof liner when I showed them the dents in it they said"it was a hard job and it's the best we can do" there has been 5 oil changes each time I have had to go back several times because the oil filters kept leaking,it has had 23 oil filters put on. Now I have a dented liner it's not lined up properly the back seats are not bolted in and scratches on my roof because they put parts on the roof when changing the liner.
