I had a truck that recently got "repaired" here. I was not the customer, the dealership (Bertera Nissan - don't buy a car from them) that I bought the truck from was the customer because they were responsible for the repair. The repair was absolutely terrible, they had 2 chances to attempt to fix the problem and both times it came back worse then it did when it went in. The second time I got it back it still had tape stuck to the roof that I had to climb up on and peel off and clean the residue. I was stuck between a bodyshop telling me that the dealership wouldn't pay for the correct repair and the dealership telling me that they didn't tell the bodyshop how to fix it but just to fix it. Being a professional mechanic I was amazed that any repair shop would let a job of this poor quality leave their shop with their name on it, no matter the circumstances. All and all I ended up bringing the truck to a different bodyshop and paid to get it repaired myself and it came out perfect the very first time read more

If I could put NO STARS I would, they simply were giving my car an oil change and then suggested a tire rotation in which wasn't done correctly. I use my car the next day and there's a very loud noise as if the tires are "wabbling" and about to fall off. When I came to the shop to speak about it the owner wanted nothing to do with me. He said don't accuse him of faulty work. When the employee told me they aren't qualified enough to even be there, and going there for an oil change is like "going to the book store" for a car. Stopped by the shop en route back to NYC after my check engine light went on - they took a look immediately and helped diagnose the issue. Topped off my transmission fluid at no charge and sent me on my way. Great service. Also the cleanest bathroom i have ever seen in an auto shop it makes me look bad. read more

This place is newly taken over. For those Spencerites like me, it used to be Plante's Auto, then was Vehicle Outfitters, and then sat vacant for about a year or two. Now Brian's Auto Body is in there, and I couldn't be happier. I had work done by him on a couple of different occasions when he was in Worcester, in his dingy little old shop. Now that he's in a state of the art castle, there's going to be no stopping him! I needed help with some financial stuff, and we worked it out. My car looked brand new - he even took care of some scratches on a different part of my car for free - and he had it back to me before his competition would have even got around to it. If you need work done, and you live within 10 miles of spencer, he's the guy for you. read more

I was recently in an accident and brought my car here to be repaired. The owners were so nice, they got my car in right away. I picked my car up today and the work they did was incredible!!! I had a "small" accident with my 2015 Subaru Impreza, yes 2015. Did I mention I was visiting family from out of state, and yes staying with them. I was told that this shop does quality work and will walk you through the process. bad bad service ever!!!!!! they didnt fix what they supposed to fixed!!! i picked up my car and it was dusty!!!!! didnt put a new bumper i had to get my money back from that!!! now i have water coming in through my trunk!!!! the worst service ever!!! We had an incident with out Jeep Wrangler and brought it to Brians auto body back in September and realized we never posted, new to Yelp. They were good to deal with and delivered as promised. They were very helpful dealing with the insurance company and also showed me all the items that needed repaired/replaced, I am a car guy and feel good they understood this and appreciated it.
