Takes forever for a call back and sometimes no call back. I had my jeep in there for an overheat after only having it for 5 months, purchased there mind you, and didn't get looked at for 2 weeks then had to get 3rd party insurance to come in to confirm the issues. Then after it was repaired, note stating orher issues need to be taken care of, yet were never told about it. No one called us, we had to continue to call them before they'd call back. Had to call warranty insurance myself to find out when vehicle would be worked on. That's the 1st jeep. The 2nd one again only owned for 5 months seat mount went. Went in for scheduled appt. Wasted a vacation day to find out parts had to be ordered. When they were ready, they didn't order an additional part, waited again for another couple of days. When you have to do the service legwork yourself it's not right. I feel like they sold me 2 lemons. $50,000 cash was spent in a day for 2 jeeps and within 5 months both in the shop for repairs. I send it to voicemail and get a recorded message saying something about calling back for assistance. I've never contacted them, reached out to them, or had any dealings with them; heck, I live an hour away. So they literally have no reason to be contacting me. The only reason they could possibly be contacting me is that my car loan, which I got from another dealership, was originally set to end this month, although I paid it off 2 years earlier. Even taking that into account, there's no reason for them to be harassing me. I know when/if I decide to get another car not to even bother with them now, at least.
