I did call ahead to setup an appointment, although next day appointments were readily available, I did choose later in the week as I required a loaner to be arranged. When I arrived, Brian the service advisor was able to assist me promptly and get my vehicle checked in for TSB repair and oil change. He setup the rental vehicle, kept me informed during the repair process, and was able to get my vehicle returned to me, fixed, the next day. The service technicians did a great job on the actual repair as well, as I was able to instantly notice the improved steering on the highway.
