Buying a used car can be stressful. You expect to be taken advantage of. Even with a 30-day…read morewarranty, you expect to be stuck with whatever problems the car might have, because those warranties never cover the thing that goes wrong. And they're used cars, so of course there will be problems. That's just the way it is, right? Not this time. On my way home from buying a Nissan Juke at MetroWest Auto Sales, I hit stop-and-go traffic, and the car stalled. Repeatedly. It had to be put in park in order to restart, so it was scary, being at risk of getting rear-ended. This wasn't the sort of problem that would have caused the car to fail inspection, but it was dangerous, and it needed to be fixed. I figured it was my car now, and my problem. But MetroWest actually sent someone to my house, over an hour away, to pick up the car. They tried SO HARD to fix the problem. Two mechanics failed, so they took it to $$$ Nissan. I cannot imagine how much money they spent trying to diagnose and fix that darn car. I know they lost money. Lots of money. When Nissan couldn't fix it, they offered me a choice - a full refund (including registration/title fees), or I could put the purchase price toward another car. I wanted a small AWD/4WD vehicle, so I bought a sporty little Mazda CX 3. MetroWest took care of registration and all fees, even insisted on refunding the Pay-by-plate fees incurred during test drives. The Mazda had a minor issue with the windshield washer, and I simultaneously had a family emergency in Florida. So when I took the car back to get the washer fixed, they DROVE ME TO THE AIRPORT and stored the car until I got back. I cannot say enough about the fantastic people behind MetroWest Auto Sales. You can shop here with complete confidence. If the car has an existing problem, they will absolutely have your back.

I am so happy to report that three months after my purchase of nice looking, low mileage 2011 Chevy Equinox, Rally Motorsports have surpassed my expectations. Prior to sale, I mentioned a minor issue with a wheel noise, and they immediately repaired whatever was causing a slight rumble. The vehicle runs like new! Couldnt be happier. Trust the team!!

Everyone who works here is so friendly, and at no point did I feel pressured to purchase anything, nor was I pressured into replacing any parts (I know my car's parts are just fine). The shop is clean, and doesn't smell like a garage. Bruce is quite the character. It is evident that he has his heart in this shop; he cares about the happiness of his customers, and his employees. He talked about the importance of producing good quality work for the folks who come in and taking pride in having hardworking employees who are as dedicated to the shop as he is. That's so refreshing. For years I've worked at companies whose directors (or higher-ups) are completely disconnected to the employees with their boots on the ground, and more importantly, from their customers/clients. It's important that we support local businesses because otherwise we will deal with large corporations that do not care about the customer, only the bottom line. Why wouldn't you want to go to a local shop where you can ask any employee for directions, or how to get back to the highway?
