My many years taking my vehicles to this great place I have never had a problem or felt like they didn't care. I'm always informed about problem and the cost of the repair needed and true to their word the job is done in time they said and cost exactly what they quoted me. No surprises here. Just good quality service all around all the time. You can count on Paul and his great group of mechanics!

Worse very worst of places to deal with. I'd rather let my vehicle rot ,because that's all they do is rotten. Than let this place ever ever touch my vehicle. They towed it, all new dents, scratches on my 2018 GMC. SSomehow mmy windshield had gotten a big crack, there absolutely nothing wrong with my windshield, and all new little dents and huge scratches all down the side of it. I have pictures of my GMC before they towed it because I've heard sometimes towed companies do this and then deny it. Getting a lawyer to see if I can sue for damages. He absolutely takes pride in the work performed…read more I had trouble finding someone to diagnose an electrical issue and Jeff jumped right on it, figured it out, found an alternate part (rather than the very expensive OEM part) for far, far less money and ultimately fixed the issue at a reasonable cost and quickly too. This place is H O R R I B L E…read more We had our car brought there and they tried charging us $210 to replace a coil in the car. When we researched the amount of the part and how much they supposedly charge an hour they were over charging us at least $90. When we called them on it, they screamed on the phone and said, "Fine! We'll take $100 cash". So we agreed to that number and then not even 5 minutes later they called and said, "Forget it. We took out the new part and put back the old. Deal off" So we had to tow it to another autoshop. It's as if they got upset because we called them out trying to overcharge us then they retracted their deal out of pride without even trying to rebargin. Unbelievable. They must be spending too much time in Adam & Eve- the adult store next door! Take your car someplace else! There are plenty of places in Worcester!!

When I took it to the dealer to look at it they said there's no way I got an oil change or that it was done extremely incorrectly because I'd need a whole new engine. In order to honor the warranty they needed me to provide a receipt of the oil change, but when I went back to ask them if they could print one out for me (figured it shouldn't be hard since I paid by card, even provided the exact date of service that I found on my bank statement) they told me they don't keep any records of transactions and the guy specifically said "if it's for a warranty issue I can't help you" super sketchy. Ended up having to pay $7000 for a new engine on my two year old car. Since then when talking to other shops and the dealership I've been told other people have gotten screwed over by these people and have horror stories similar to mine, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

It's been a while since I got a new car and the staff was able to walk me through the whole buying process and even assist me with the registration. I ended up choosing the 2009 Toyota Corolla. I've had the car for about two years now, driven over 30,000 miles, and I'm very happy my choice and technical condition of my car. I would definitely come back here for my next car and I highly recommend this dealership! The staff is knowledgeable, the prices are very fair and they keep their cars serviced and in good condition.

He put it up on his lift & showed us the underside. It was loaded with dirt. He said the car had been in water to have that much. My car is 8 years old & I looked under mine just to compare it to this 6 year old car and it wasn't even close to the amount of dirt and rocks under this one. When I first looked at this car they said they had gone over it. They certainly didn't look underneath it. Every hole & crevice was full of dirt & gravel way beyond normal. So buyer beware because the car was great other than that & I am so glad I had my own guy check it out.
