Have a dislocated shoulder and had to shovel snow most of the winter. Occasionally I can latch onto a independent plower but most refuse my work because they do not want small jobs. You ask why I have to shovel. I approached Chris last July - 9 months ago to repair my plow truck. It needs moderate repairs which for him would be a cinch to do. He picked up the truck in September. I paid him a sizeable amount towards the repairs and the truck has been at his garage since then. In Nov., I asked him when he was going to work on the truck.
