Trust with a capital T. Hudson Auto Repair is hands down the best auto shop in the area. Junior and the team are incredibly honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. I've been bringing my cars here for a while now and every single visit has been a great experience. They explain exactly what needs to be done, never upsell you on things you don't need, and the work is always done right the first time. Fair pricing, fast turnaround, and genuinely trustworthy service. That combination is rare and hard to find. If you live in Hudson or anywhere nearby, look no further. This is the only shop I'll trust with my vehicles. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but Junior has earned one. He has helped both my wife and me several times over the years, and every experience has reinforced why we keep coming back. What I appreciate most is how honest he is. When it comes to car repairs, it can be hard to know who to trust, but I've never felt pressured or taken advantage of. Junior takes the time to explain what's going on with the vehicle, what needs to be done, and why. He answers questions patiently and makes sure you understand the situation before moving forward. Beyond being a great mechanic, he's simply a good person. He's friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about helping his customers. The work is always done well, and I leave feeling confident that the job was done right. It's not easy to find a mechanic you can trust, and when you do, you hold onto them. My wife and I are very grateful to have found Junior, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends, family, or anyone looking for an honest and reliable mechanic. read more

The service was terrible I got my car fixed somewhere else in less than one day and they had my car for 2 weeks and couldn't find the part. He didn't do absolutely anything and wanted to title to the car that's awful service Supposedly he bought the part and it didn't fit but he is such a liar read more

Stopped by early Saturday for an inspection sticker, got me in and out in seven minutes! Friendly and efficient!

Heard about this place from a good friend. He came highly recommended. I had been using a dealership prior to my most recent need for a mechanic. Service was amazing, I was well informed as to what was going on with my car the entire time and given many options as the repairs progressed. I am returning to have more work done on my car. Hudson Auto Repair has my business from now on. read more

Honest, fast, professional and very friendly. Junior was an absolute delight to work with. I had him do a ore purchase inspection since I am out of state and he was very informative, patient, and eager to answer my questions. I wish I could move to Hudson just to have him as my mechanic! Inexpensive, fast and informative. read more

I can not say enough good things about Junior and his crew. They do excellent work, explain everything and will let you know what is and what is not needed all at a great price! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great local garage. read more

Another great service from Junior and Joe. Far cheaper than going to the dealership or stealerships as some would say. Had then rotate tires, oil change, and a fuel filter replacement on my VW diesel, this would have been a 60k service at the dealership. They have done a great job on my Toyota minivan time and again. read more

I was looking to buy a car but wanted it checked by "my mechanic" before purchase. I had never been to Hudson Auto repair but called to ask if that was something they could do. Junior was happy to do it even getting it in when I got it to him. After the once over it was not recommended to purchase. I brought a second vehicle a few days later and was given the thumbs up. Junior took the time to look at something for a non client. Have since gotten an oil change and ready to get another car done. Super efficient and friendly. Found my new mechanic. read more

Totally forgot about my apt and he texted me a nice reminder and was able to get me in the next day! He finished the brake job, oil change and inspection sticker and told me I could save money and wait on the tires. He got it done before the whole world closed down from the virus. Jr called throughout the day to give me a update on the parts availability. I have been a customer for many years-trustworthy AND a great guy! read more

Several years ago my vehicle broke down while I was on my way to an important gathering of clergy. I'm a priest and I was driving the Bishop! I was able to get my vehicle off the highway and down to Hudson Gas & Repair. I am actually grateful for that event. Why? Because Junior and Joe not only got us back on the road asap, but they have been my gas and repair station ever since. They have never let me or my family down. They are friendly, hard working, and competent at what they do. They make you feel like you are their number one customer. I would give them six stars if I could! You would be blessed to drop by Hudson Gas and Repair. Great guys! Great Service! You won't be disappointed. Fr. Michael McKinnon (Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Marlborough, MA) read more
