I bought an 2010 Ford fusion from John and he told me all it needed was an oil change. The price was right on the money and.the oil was clean as a whistle. I asked him what's with the oil and he said that was all it needed and he already had the oil changed. Super easy sale and we went on our way still smooth sailing. Was taken care of so well my husband and I bought our next two vechicles from him. If you find a issue with the vehicle he goes above and beyond to make you happy. I bought a 2004 Subaru Forester from John on June 30th. Before even purchasing this car, John had sold 2 other cars out from under me after we had agreed on me purchasing them. The second I drove the car off the lot I began to have issues. Paid about $4100 total for the car. Got it home and noticed a leak, took it back for him to fix it (I was still within my warranty.) Said absolutely everything was good to go. Few months later I noticed a burning oil smell when it idled. Took it in to a local shop to be looked at for the smell, come to find out everything underneath is absolutely rusted and rotted. The break lines are on the outside of the car rather on the inside tied together by zip ties. You can see where John and his guys used black paint to try and hide how bad it was. The front end is ready to come off any day now, if that goes my steering goes. If the back breaks then it'll drag on the ground. There is absolutely no way when I originally brought this car back during my warranty that John or his employees did not see how much damage the car had when he put it up on the rig to fix the original leak. He knew this was not only my first car but was also what i would be using as transportation to get back and forth to my school. John is a scammer and I will never do business with him ever again. My family recently purchased a used car and traded in our car. It all happened pretty quick and during the switchover I forgot my ezpass. Upon calling him they said they don't have it even though I know it was attached inside the windshield. Also, the "new" car was filthy...not cleaned or detailed. read more

I had a more difficult than usual job with a starter and valve cover that needed repair. I have been driving the car now after the work for about two weeks with no leaks and starting up perfectly. I thought I would have to junk the car but they fixed it for a reasonable rate and didn't overcharge me. I am very happy with the service I received. I later talked to a mechanic friend and he said he knew them from when his family owned a race car and verified that they know what they are doing and are very good mechanics. I had just used the service because they were the closest place to tow my car. read more

Bought a truck from them that had come from auction...They knowingly sold it to me knowing that the frame was rotting, and that the rack and pinion steering was bad. Called later that night after getting it home and seeing a puddle of steering fluid liquid on the ground and he diagnosed problem over the phone...HE MUST BE CLAIRVOYANT! Let me leave his garage knowing the truck was not road worthy and did nothing to resolve issue. Was more concerned with his mai tai than making a good business decision. read more

After having the car for lessthan 24 hours the starter broke 50 miles from his shop so I got it fixed and called him, I was told "I am not paying for that" Guess were off to court. read more
