When we researched the amount of the part and how much they supposedly charge an hour they were over charging us at least $90. When we called them on it, they screamed on the phone and said, "Fine! We'll take $100 cash". So we agreed to that number and then not even 5 minutes later they called and said, "Forget it. We took out the new part and put back the old. Deal off" So we had to tow it to another autoshop. It's as if they got upset because we called them out trying to overcharge us then they retracted their deal out of pride without even trying to rebargin. Unbelievable. For repairs - they're open 7 days a week which is great since it's my to go to for strait-forward fixes - replaced my in laws alternator years back, replaced a section of exhaust that rusted for me last winter, and today they replaced my blown out tire on a Sunday no problem all quickly and at very reasonable prices. I go to dealer for complex issues so can't comment on that. For fuel - Gas prices tend to run a few cents higher than 7-11 across the street but it's a full service station so for some people that convenience can offset the cost.

He put it up on his lift & showed us the underside. It was loaded with dirt. He said the car had been in water to have that much. My car is 8 years old & I looked under mine just to compare it to this 6 year old car and it wasn't even close to the amount of dirt and rocks under this one. When I first looked at this car they said they had gone over it. They certainly didn't look underneath it. Every hole & crevice was full of dirt & gravel way beyond normal. So buyer beware because the car was great other than that & I am so glad I had my own guy check it out.
