I bought my SUV from here over 3 years ago and also bought my daughters car and my late mother's car here over 4 years ago. They have been amazing and stood behind their vehicles. They always have loaner cars for sale when any of the vehicles needed work done. The staff is amazing I will never buy anywhere else! read more

I've been a loyal customer of Uxbridge Auto for over six years, both for vehicle purchases and service, and have always appreciated the professionalism and honesty I received--until my recent experience. I brought my vehicle in due to multiple check engine codes and a knocking noise. I shared diagnostic results from the dealership and explained that the codes had reappeared after a reset. I was told by your team that only the electronic grill flap code was present and that the knocking was due to suspension issues. I was assured multiple times that no other codes were active and proceeded with the quoted repairs. However, upon picking up the car, the alignment was visibly off, suspension still had a knock, and the check engine light returned within hours. After bringing it back multiple times, it became clear that the original issues I flagged--EVAP and fuel sensor codes--were present all along. Your team admitted they had seen the EVAP code but chose to clear it without informing me, and also acknowledged your scanner is not as thorough as the dealership's, and use the excuse of being very busy and over looking / missing things due to being short staffed due to a tech call out. After several frustrating conversations, the only proposed resolution was to refund the alignment that could not be fixed after 2 visits, and then charge me again for additional work needed, including the suspension that still had a knock. despite knowing upfront that further investment in this vehicle wasn't practical. I am extremely disappointed in how this situation was handled. I trusted Uxbridge Auto to provide honest assessments and quality service. Unfortunately, due to the lack of transparency, accountability, and proper repair work, I no longer trust uxbridge auto to do any sort of service to my vehicle. read more

Purchased a car here - worked with Josh Cahill, who was very professional and friendly. There were no hidden fees, Josh explained everything very clearly. The value of the car for the money was good. I had an excellent car-buying experience. read more

I usually don't write reviews but I just had to give a huge shout out and even bigger thank you to Luke. Luke was my salesman and he was the most helpful in my situation. I haven't bought a car in over 6 years and Luke just made the whole process just a breeze. Most salespeople are over bearing and too much pressure but Luke made me feel comfortable right away. So grateful and thankful for you Luke! You the man! The Jeep is doing great so far :)) read more

I purchased a used CRV from Uxbridge Auto from Luke about a year ago. Shortly afterwards my mechanic identified issues with it. I brought it back down to Uxbridge Auto and they just took care of me. It was awesome. They put me in a loaner without me having to fight for it and fixed the issue at no expense to me. The car has been running great since. I would buy another car from there. read more

Fast and friendly service at Uxbridge Auto Inc! These guys are great. Highly recommend!

I came in with the code reading already diagnosed (from the check engine light) hoping to save money. The girl behind the desk said it would be "ohhhhhhh errrrrrr ummmmmm $85 just to find out what's wrong with it." To me, she either was making the price up on the spot or she didn't know how much they charge for a diagnostic appointment which is unlikely. I won't bring my business here. Auto shops notoriously rip people off and I want to know where I spend my valuable dollars is a place willing to help me out and work with me, not gouge me for my entire living wage during a mandatory shut down of my employment and no stimulus checks to speak of. If the diagnosis costs $85 and all I need is a friggen spark plug well jeez, looks like I made a huge mistake coming here didn't I? read more

We were looking for a car for our college aged son. There could not be a worse time to try to. It a used car, but Luke showed us several cars in our price range and waited while we made a decision. They fixed many small items on the car and went above and beyond d yo do thus. read more

After this experience I can see why most people leave good reviews and don't see why this dealership is just as scummy as all the rest. I was initially interested in a car being sold at this dealership and called to see if it was still available... I spoke with Josh and asked him general questions about if the vehicle had had major repairs or any collisions and was told no on both accounts. I made a plan to drive an hour to see it and let him know a week before, in the morning of the day I was going, as well as an hour before I would get there so that he would be available to show me the car. I get to the dealership and he is busy with another customer but sets up the vehicle so we can take it for a test drive. I ask him to pop the hood open before the test drive and immediately notice overspray under the hood and on the frame that shows that paint work was done at some point. So there's my first problem... I specifically asked about significant repairs beforehand and was told there hadn't been any. So I just wasted over two hours there and back going to see a car that I wasn't going to get because the dealer wasn't honest and probably thought I wouldn't notice. I decide to take it for a test drive because I already drove all the way there so why not. After the test drive, I look over the outside of the car and see the hood closed at different heights on each side, indicating that the frame was twisted. I then let Josh know that I am not interested in the vehicle because it has had major repairs and I am looking for a clean car and leave. As soon as I get back home I notice a voicemail had been left from Josh saying that he's sorry he couldn't pay more attention to us because he was busy with someone else, even though I let him know when I would be there multiple times. He also says the hood just hadn't been closed properly (after having taken it out for a test drive? Doesn't make sense...) He also said to go look at another similar car to compare under the hood and then to go back to his dealership when there's more time to talk. Pretty much trying to cover for himself since he probably knew I wasn't coming back. I didn't respond because I already told him I wasn't interested and thought that was the end of it. But no, five days later josh sends me a text asking if I got a chance to look at another car to compare to his. I never responded to the voicemail, what makes him think I was going to do what he said to? I don't respond because I'm already annoyed he keeps contacting me, then two hours later he sends "Did you not like the car?" Are you serious? I told you in person to your face that I am not interested and this aggressive tactic of harassing someone to try to get them to buy your car SURPRISINGLY doesn't work. I tell him to stop messaging me and to delete my number and he keeps texting trying to save face. I don't know why people think it's okay to lie repetitively, when people are spending thousands of dollars on a purchase of a car. Buy a used car from an individual seller, take a car you're interested in to get checked by a trusted mechanic, or at the very least go to your local mechanic and ask them to show you what to look out for when buying a used car. It is very sad that so many people get tricked this way and end up being sold a bad car and are stuck with it because warranties don't actually mean anything. It doesn't matter how nice someone is, they are just as scummy as the rest. read more

I bought my car from Luke in 2018 and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Every time I've gone back I've been treated courteously and helped efficiently. As a woman, I have been to auto sales locations that ignore me to talk with a parent or man, anyone I am with or made to feel stupid for not being a mechanic, but not at Uxbridge Auto. I reached out with a question about a warranty I bought with my car and Luke went above and beyond to help me. I cannot recommend this place enough. read more

Bought a used 2015 vehicle here and within 2-weeks of purchasing it needed an $800+ repair. I was sold the vehicle with a 3 month warranty and when bringing the car back for the repairs the salesman would not cover the repair costs. VERY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES ! read more

I recently came home from college to get my car inspected here. I was extremely unsatisfied with the service. The mechanic sat in my car for 10 seconds and told me I was going to fail for an exhaust leak. I responded with a request for 60 day rejection in order to be able to repair my car and the mechanic then told me that he would give me zero days and instead would give me a quote so he can fix my car. I'm sorry I just drove 5 hours from Vermont and you think that my car is unsafe to drive? This is an untrustworthy establishment and I will never return with my business. I left with my car going to their neighboring business and without any issues I got the 60 day rejection. read more

This was by FAR the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. My husband and I drove by (while on our way to a different dealership). I noticed they had a few Ford Escapes in the lot. We stopped to ask a few questions. We were greeted by Josh, who even though we did not have an appointment was friendly and welcoming. He showed us the cars and went into great detail about each one of them. After taking a test ride we loved the car and went forward with the buying process. Josh was incredibly thorough going over every detail. Reviewing the cars history with us at length and their process / evaluation of the car. The best part was that there were no surprises when we got to the end. He was honest and upfront about every aspect through the whole process. We were in and out within an hour! The whole process was smooth and effortless. I almost was hoping something would go wrong because it felt too good to be true. I HIGHLY recommend going to see Josh for your next car. Great honest and friendly service. Thanks again Uxbridge Auto! read more

I always get my state inspection done here. My car failed inspection, but they were thorough in telling me what was needed to pass and why it was important. They were very honest and helpful which I appreciate. They weren't pushy to have my car serviced there because I go to another local business for my tire needs and a different garage for service and they respected that. I think that says a lot about how they view the local community. I also used them to detail the interior of car and I couldn't be happier with the results. I had an accident months prior where ceiling paint spilled all over the rug of my car and they did a phenomenal job getting all of it out. When I picked my vehicle up it was beautiful, I almost thought they gave me a brand new car or someone else's. I was very satisfied with the results. The customer service was great also. When I called to make my appointment the woman who talked to me was helpful and got me an appointment in no time. I'm very happy to continue having my inspection here annually and know they do right by their customers. read more
