My power steering fluid was leaking and I was unable to really drive it. Ziad fit my car in even with an extremely tight schedule. He looked at it when he said he would and called me to give me a quote as well as other concerns I need to pay attention to. After I asked him to just proceed on working on my car, it was done in a couple of hours. Even with needing to order parts. His pricing for labor is transparent as it's written on the wall and the parts were completely reasonable. The total of the fix was exactly what he priced it at. I have come to a point where I feel Ziad was unfair with the pricing because I am a woman He told my brother another price and charged me 60 dollars more when I just had the back brakes done - and He did not itemize the bill saying it cost him more Also I got the battery done in the back and he had me wait the whole weekend which I needed rides to work I am done and DONE with being overcharged DOUBLE for his rent?? huh he does not need to make a customer feel bad and he did It is all about integrity and honesty and honestly you will be charged MORE with this place I am going to find something else NOW read more

I mostly go for inspections where they are always quick and one time I had an issue with passing inspection since I replaced the battery and the computer had not reset. All I had to do was drive around for a bit and when I returned for reinspection he checked first (unofficially) to make sure it would pass before completing the official inspection. Another time I went I had recently bought a used car where the tires were junked so I failed inspection which I should have so I know they do inspections right and by the book which I think is how it should be done to help ensure cars are safe out on the road. I honestly can't recommend this place enough. Over the last couple of years, Z. has helped me out with a couple of vehicles. One of the things for me is the fact that he allows you to drop off the vehicle the night before and leave the keys in the slot. This is extremely convenient for me because of my work schedule. That's just a minor thing. I felt like he was extremely thorough telling me what was wrong with the vehicles and what was going to have to be done to repair them. Not only that, but he took a vehicle from me when in reality, he really didn't even have the time to do it, but he made the time. Last night I had my Jeep towed there. The tow truck driver had tried to use a jump pack to get it started. He couldn't get it started so he put it on a flatbed and brought it to Z.. When we got there, Z. told me he wasn't sure if he was going to be able to do it because there was no power. And there really wasn't a spot for it. Rather than just be OK with that answer, he went, got his own pack and jumped the jeep. It actually worked. Meanwhile, he's doing all of this while it's pouring rain standing on a flatbed. I'm not really sure if there's a better example of customer service than that. I was dreading what the cost was going to be, even with Z's prices, I was nervous. Once the jeep was fixed, he called me, and I was absolutely amazed at what he wanted to charge me. This is one of those situations where I hope he and I never have to meet each other again, but if I do ever need work you can be damn sure I'm going to Plainville Auto. read more

Went in to get a sticker, Ziad the owner backed out of the bay going a million miles an hour and hit my car with another customers car. Said he would pay cash so his shop premium wouldn't go up. Then when I got the quote from the shop he wanted me to go to I went to a shop I go to and got a second opinion the total damage was double the amount.
