They cost us thousands and thousands of dollars taking on a repair for us that they said they could do but they hacked it up so bad that the truck has never been the same since we took it to them. And now they are deeming all the work to finish fixing it as not covered under their warranty, even though it was parts that they had to move and work on. We were fearful of voiding the warranty by going anywhere else, but finally took it to a trusted mechanic for a second opinion and they confirmed that Auto Go did not do quality work and left the truck in such a state that it continues to cause problems. Worst experience ever and I will tell anyone and everyone to NEVER use this shop.

I needed a new engine , and was dealing with a warranty company that was not so great. And they took care of the whole process, step by step they kept me in the loop with pictures and processes.
